In the course of my work I visit a lot of businesses including quite a number of RnT premises across the Greater Sydney Area.
The list of premises does not change much as I deal with landlord/owners for employment of services, not actually the business operators.

Comparing notes from previous years the number of RnT's appear to dropping, (same as legit) and more changing hands in the last 12 months than in previous years.

One thing I have noticed it that in general the number of persons working in the premises are reducing (maybe its the work from home kicking in :)

Quite a number its just the operator and only one, maybe 2 girls where in previous years 4 or 5 girls per shift/day.
Most of these shops tend to be chinese run, and not so much using students but older ladies. The general comments is that the number of customers is falling and in a few cases even lower pricing is not making any difference.

Yes, we have seen previous cycles, but this cycle seems more quietly negative and the government is to blame. I personally don't thinks its directly political, but economic times.

So I wonder what the forum members are experiencing, and maybe forsee the future.

Understanding that your work may identify some of these shops, is there any chance you can share this data with the information any information that identifies these shop removed?

From an anecdotal experience, shops there seems to be a turnaround of shops as they always shut and new ones open in its place.

Additionally, it seems as a group of shop owners just don't own one massage shop - this would seem to indicate a portion of shops are performing to at least their bottom line (net average over a time period).

My perspective on these shops closing is, that they just don't have the products and services general consumers want (Young girls meeting an expectation of service, at a reasonable price).

Whilst another reason may be economic struggles, as paid sex services can be defined as a want (however I can see the argument for a need!).

They relied on people leaving home to go to work and then maybe drop in for a sesh on the way home / during lunch, etc. Now people are doing WFH from far out there suburbs or even in regional areas. I would say 90% offer FS these days straight off the bat. Definitely an increase from 5-6 years ago when it was more like 50%

RnT was how I started along this path. Honestly I sometimes prefer a relaxing Massage and Part 2 over FS if I am tired or feeling lazy etc.

But yeah as others have pointed out, it used to be a Pineapple for NHJ and Part 3 was a rarity. Seems to be Part 3 is the norm now, and NHJ with "bodyslide" is 100.
