Before I begin, I’d like to say that this shop is generally a decent place to visit. Most of us have had great experiences there, but recently, I’m not sure what’s happening, but it’s starting to decline. In particular, the reception has been a problem.

Up until now, the male receptionists have been pretty good and always take good care of customers. However, I’ve noticed that the Asian girl at the Parramatta store has been more involved lately. In my opinion, she’s always been mediocre, even with my previous experiences.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve had the following experiences:

1. New Chinese Girl: I noticed that a new Chinese girl had been rostered on the WeChat roster. Apparently, it was her third week, but I hadn’t seen her on the previous rosters. I called the shop, and the Asian receptionist answered. I asked if she was ‘Open Mind’ and if FS was available. She confirmed that FS was available and that the massage was very good and that I had a great experience with extras. So, I made the booking, went to the shop, paid the reception, and waited for the girl in the room.

The first problem was that I had to pay upfront and take the receptionist’s word for it. She sent me to the room to wait, and that’s when things started to go downhill. The girl didn’t show up for another 20 minutes. I kept asking the receptionist on WeChat if she was coming, and all I got was “sorry, she’s 5 minutes.” When she finally did arrive, she wasn’t bad looking, but I wanted to confirm that FS was available. To my surprise, she said she didn’t do FS. I then mentioned to her that the receptionist had mentioned that she did. We had a bit of a back-and-forth, and she said she could only do a handjob or blowjob.

At that point, I decided to just go with a handjob and get out. The reception did say she can show other girls but can't refund me.

2. Japanese with E Cup - I can’t recall the girl’s name, but she started last Wednesday. I decided to give Blossom another chance. I made the booking through WeChat. When I arrived, I realised it was another disappointment. The same Asian receptionist confirmed this time via WeChat that the new Japanese girl was quite good and had a nice pair of breasts (Nice Pair) was definitely true. So, thinking with my head, I went in again. This time, I asked to see the girl, but she said she was busy for another 10 minutes. On WeChat, she had said she was “available/free now.” Long story short, she turned out to be the worst Japanese Punt in a while. I would have paid CBDSTYLE for the Japanese girl, and that’s saying something considering how far CBDSTYLE has declined.

3. Alice - Chinese Girl - This time, the girl was also decent. The reception managed to give me a good girl, but I had to wait another 20 minutes in the room when she mentioned Alice was available/free now. When I was messaging on WeChat, I made sure to tell the reception that I would be at the shop premises within 2 minutes, given how close I was to the shop for work. So, I thought she was available again when she didn’t enter my room for another 20 minutes… This time, I definitely knew this Alice girl was with another customer and wasn’t free/available right now because she was in the room next to me, stroking the client off.

Basically, I’ve decided to stop going to this shop until the other male employee returns or until this Asian girl reception is no longer working. Separately, it seems like many massage shops are declining in quality and punting.

The Chinese receptionist Sasa is very untrustworthy. If you ask to see the lineup, she will say you must pay first. If you confirm with her that she will return the money if you don't pick someone, she will say yes but then won't return it, saying you must pick someone.

This woman is a classic example of someone who's life didn't turn out as planned and is now miserable.

I think i know the one you are talking about, she may also be the one that works at SGM. She was actually quite good last year, as I popped in a few times. At the time there was a new chinese girl that i booked and she said have i seen her before, i said nope do you recommend, and she said dw i'll give you someone good. Which she did and was a great punt, so im glad she put in a better one for me rather than the new chinese girl.

But havent seen her as much at SGM so maybe she's not happy anymore.

Moon/Sasha was even a good mamasan initially, not sure what is going on now days. I usually go there on weekends when there is a young asian boy with good manners.
On two ocassion, the girls did not turned up at agreed time and I was told that she is 5 mins away. I made it clear that if she is not here within 15 mins, I will be leaving coz I have some other commitments. Hearing that, I was immediately offered other choices which I politely declined and left the premises after 15 mins with full refund and an apology on each ocassion.
I never had problem after that and shop is upfront with me.

i get it from shop/reception perspective with business being tough these days

strategy was probly girl x has this time free so stall the punter until then to maximise her booking/income for the day

but on the phone or when communicating to the punter she probs says free now or free very very soon just to get you to book and commit or to walk in the store first

aand then come up with all these excuses ... its really annoying for those of us that have set aside time for the deed and have places to be worse is the places that are a bit outta the way and u need to drive and figure out parking.....

I go here often and I find Sasha very nice, polite and trustworthy. She will always ask how was it after my session and say bye. In fact I find the guy not that nice.

I thought the female receptionist was fine. She was nice and polite. I only had a minor issue. Pre booked appointment for 6pm. Girl was not ready until 6.15. But this can happen easily when the ML is fully booked, and spends an extra minute per client.

I’ve never had any problem with Sasha or any female receptionists for that matter both at PBM/ SGM or SBM. They have always been polite/nice and trustworthy to me unless you’re playing games with them and wasting their time. I have never been asked to pay just to see a lineup. Doesnt make sense really. You pay when you have chosen/confirmed a girl not before lol.

Also I never ask receptionist if girl does FS, I ask the girl directly(in the room/heat of the moment) because obviously the girl doesn’t do FS for everyone(YMMV/Selective) but some girls do. Anyway if you want guaranteed FS then just go to a FS shop..simple.

Naa Sasha knows I'm picky with my selection, so if I don't find any of the girls attractive then I walk and that rubs her the wrong way. The difference between a walk-in line up vs a booking, the former you are not obligated to choose anyone.

I’ve been to PBM a few times and only had one bad experience with a booking not happening as per plan. I saw the ML who I’d booked storm out from the shop after what I assume was a disagreement with either the shop or customer.

The reception lady then arranged a line up for me where she recommended Candy, with who I had a nice time. So no complaints from me :)

I’ve seen a few harsh comments about Sasa recently and felt the need to share a different perspective. In my experience, Sasa has always been kind, respectful, and extremely professional. She’s helped me on numerous occasions and has always gone out of her way to make sure things run smoothly and fairly.

She communicates clearly, has a friendly attitude, and treats everyone with patience. I've never had an issue with her honesty or integrity — in fact, I find her to be one of the more trustworthy people I’ve dealt with in these settings.

It's easy to jump to conclusions based on a single experience, but it’s important to remember that everyone has off days, and we don’t always see the full picture. From what I’ve seen, Sasa carries herself with dignity and does her best to keep everyone happy, even in what can be a difficult job at times.

That's some white knight bullshit right there. If you walk into a retail shop in a shopping center, you are not obligated to buy anything. Why should I be obligated to choose a girl walking into a massage shop? I haven't made any booking commitments. I've done my part in the deal by walking in with a wallet full of cash and an intention to get a massage, it's their job to have girls worth booking. Their entitlement mindset that I must pick a mid looking girl or else I'm labelled as a time waster is crazy.

Lots of these girls want to make the good money from a job where visual appearance is practically a requirement, but how many of these girls actually make any effort to get in shape? So many girls proudly say they never do any exercise. How about the shop take some of the ownership in the matter and realise they are not delivering on the goods? The girl can be a 4 out of 10 and they will tell you "but she is very good looking", or she could be 35 years old and they will say "but she is still young".

They want us to book, but where is the accountability for using fake photos? Shops that use fake photos loses my trust and then I will only do walk-ins with them. I'll book with shops I can trust and unfortunately Blossom lost that trust long time ago.

It's always the customer that is the time waster, never the shop.

I visit PBM from time to time and personally I've had more problems with one particular male receptionist than any of female ones. I've come across several Asian females and several males working in reception there. There's one particular younger male receptionist that I don't particularly like - He takes forever to answer my booking enquiry on wechat and when I arrive, he doesn't always have my booking written down (even though it was confirmed on wechat earlier). I've had a few experiences where the ML was running behind schedule and I'm left waiting in the room, but most visits, I haven't really had to wait too long.

I've also had this happen myself, but its the same everywhere. Whether or not the girl wants to do FS at an RnT is always up to her. She might be open to doing FS and tells her employer this, but she can always refuse when she sees the customer for any reason. I've been refused FS by certain MLs because she is suddenly on her Period that one day she starts a new shop... :sweat:

FWIW, your mileage will vary. She might have gone all out with the guy before you and is now just plain too tired... So don't take it too personally brother! The receptionist isn't the one to blame - they are just given a description of what the girl is advertised as willing to do.

If you really want certainty about getting FS, then you're better off going to a FS shop. They will probably charge more, but you do get what you are paying for! :money:

My experience with Sasa has always been great. She is definitely a professional and a person I have grown to trust over my many visits.
I've had mostly great recommendations from Sasa when it comes to new MLs. I make an effort to provide feedback after each punt before I leave, so she knows what MLs I like or don't like.

Just like many brothers here, I sometimes want FS and many other services too, but just because a ML turns me down, its not the receptionist's (or Sasa's) fault. The ML has a right to choose what services she wants to provide and which customer she wants to provide them to. There is no point asking for my $$ back - I paid for the shop for the "massage time", not the extra services. Instead I would recommend all brothers give Sasa more feedback so the shop can sort things out internally, and provide you with a better match to an ML next time. :smile:

FWIW, I think Sasa is a great receptionist, as its not easy to keep everyone (both MLs and brothers) happy.

...And if you ever wondered why some MLs turn over so quickly, this is because of feedback from many of the brothers in here :cool2:
