Saw J Ellie tonight after seeing some good reviews on the forum, interestingly there are some parts I agreed with and some I didn't from the other reviews. Overall it was a very good experience though.

I read something about ratings not being allowed anymore, so i'll leave the numbers out and focus on the description instead.

Face: I would rate her a bit lower than some of the others did, but still quite nice to look at. Whatever happened to the vile post about Naomi? Have we had an acknowledgement of fault? That’s the least that could be done to remedy it. Unfortunately what had been said cannot be unsaid, at the very least acknowledge it, say sorry and move on. Don’t think will happen though unfortunately.

Ratings is important and it the most effective way to share experience and allow others to gauge and select their prefer service. That why Ginza always ask for feedback in ratings. That why many businesses like Uber, Amazon and many use 5 star ratings.

We shouldn't use this moral excuse and ban this tool on the forum and massively impacts the effectiveness of the sharing.

Yes these are adult women. But they're women with feelings. Yes they don't have to read the posts. But if they are wanting to improve their service to us it's great that they are motivated to do that. It's a highly competitive industry where service is paramount. Some women aren't born with the natural beauty that a lot of punters demand because "I'm paying for it" and get these low rating because if it regardless of the service they provide. Then they go out and get plastic surgery to try to improve their looks and then get rated low because of the surgery. Really. Are you guys that petty??
Remember these girls all grew up thinking they were princesses. Can't we agree to a better ranking system? Maybe service and personality. These 2 they can work on if needed. The only other thing i would add as well is the scores and ARs are not designed to be for simping and saying the girl is next super star or that she is S Tier simply cos you have fallen in love with that girl or you are her super regular

You can have a super regular but it would be helpful to mention/state this as a cavaet ie i would say "Most" people that read/follow my ARs know that i have spot for some girls like Miwa, Asahi , Haku etc i openly admit this

One of the main benefits/reasons for this forum is for people to openly talk about girls and shops including sharing their own punting experiences

It is within reason and the punters rights to write about their session and experience provided its true and this includes scoring and also calling out which photos are accurate or how in some cases how accurate photos are to call out catfish, bait n switch, shops that dont update photos and shops that use excessive amount of filters to the point punter walks in thinking its a different girl.

As far as i can rmb and when i started out on my punter journey and still new to all of this i relied on ARs and the scoring system to pick the best ones cos i only had limited money to maybe cos 1 or 2 a month ( I would do a few RnTs on the side cos i couldnt afford punting)

Seeing as how that benefited me i gave back to the forum and its members with detailed and descriptive ARs as well as what i call a FAIR and HONEST rating and scoring

its never been an issue or called out by the Admins until now...

Furthermore, we talk about "intent" it the scores and ratings are backed up by facts as well as some notes on why that score whats the issue - its just being open and transparent like an open book

Ok keep rating what these girls can't change no matter what they do. If you feel good about yourself doing it then that's fine. I'm telling you some of these girls take it to heart as they want to improve their service to us but are shattered by a 5/10 for appearance. Some great ARs on here that don't rate looks. I would say that rating someone’s immutable features like face is cruel and doing so may deeply hurt them if they read because it is unchangeable. The cruelty is not causation to not caring for the girls but it is related to it.

Research shows and we have the evidence ourselves that this line of work hurts the girls psychologically and that not caring for that in my opinion equates to not caring for their physical health. How many of us will physically hurt any of the WLs? Hopefully not many of us in this forum if any at all. So why do we put this awesome forum in a position to psychologically hurt them? What’s the likelihood they will read and be impacted? Hard to say but they read this forum we all know it.
