Lucky - literally couldn't organize a root in a brothel

Started my day in Circular Quay and walked the first ~20km of the Great North Walk to Lane Cove National Park. I could think of nothing better than an RnT afterwards so i booked with Lucky at 41 Epping. No ARs for her yet but this shop has good intel for other girls, so I thought I'd give it a go. I book for 6pm for one hour, they push me to 615 for 45min. I HATE short massages (I'm only just getting into it at the 30min mark so I almost never book less than an hour) and I've walked 20ks today, but they won't book an hr and I really need a rub down so I take the 45.

I'm on an overnight hike and I don't have a car, so I pay like 50 bucks for a peak Uber to get there. Wander around for a bit and arrive exactly on time, receptionist takes my money for the 45min and shows me to the room where I get undressed and wait a bit. Lucky walks in and I guess I'm UNlucky cause the first thing she says is "By the way I can only do 30min" which IMMEDIATELY deflates my excitement 😫 I say "I have a booking for 45," she immediately gets annoyed and fobs me off like "Nah I have something to do" (literally her explanation is "I have something better to do") and goes to get the receptionist. We spend a few minutes with me half naked and both of them with the door open, I tell them what I've paid for an Uber to get here (plus back) and I'd like the 45min booking they made, they start acting like I'm an asshole because I wouldn't take a 30min massage.

Took my refund and left. They're still trying to get me to take 30min as I'm leaving, so I get the feeling this is a common bait and switch tactic so the girls rake in more extras.

Absolutely gutted, wasted hours faffing about and really needed that massage between the two day hikes 😭

This establishment is quite reliable. Did you go there on weekends as owner not there?

I can sympathise with this. At the end of the day it’s customer service issue. As a punter I need to have my head in the game for the experience to be enjoyable and it’s put off with booking issues like this, you had every right to get a refund and leave.

I was in a similar situation once and decided to accept the shorter booking, but I wasn’t in any mood to enjoy it so I cut it short and left.

the lady mamasan at both the north strath shop and epping can be a bitch to the point ur like u on PMS? she cant handle pressure and many customers coming at once....

Anyway sounds like u were caught in the middle and got burnt not only the uber fare but time spent to trek there

Feels like the reception tried to squeeze in a 45min booking to maximise money but either a) not factoring in the girl going over time with other bookings or b) assuming the girl can be convinced to stay back and do the 45min job

I do see the girls perspective.... imagine being told no you have to stay back extra cos i took a 45min booking for u and the girl being like "Um no i already got plans" and you got the short stick of it

sounds like poor management which pissed both the girl and the guy off.... quite the buzz kill as even if the girl accepted the 45min booking she wouldnt be too happy about giving her best to the customer

I don't thing anything "Went wrong," she either does this to squeeze double the extras from an hour, or she straight up thought she had something better to do than honour the booking I made. I wasn't staying - the moment she tried to short change me on time the excitement was gone and I was done. If there's one thing I can't abide it's disrespecting people's time and she wasted mine, so this shop is done for me. Shame, cause the reviews seem good and I'm looking for a new regular joint to visit twice a week.

I got a private message from someone claiming she's post-op and, now I think about it, I'd believe it. The build is right - tall, thin, bolt ons. Honestly that's not a deal breaker as I was there for a massage and a HE, but she had the most annoying and fake half-American half-aussie half-Chinese half-something-else accent that would have driven me nuts so I think it all worked out for the best.

I have only had nice friendly service at 41, with two exceptions. One where the girl claimed I was too big for her and she had already had one customer with those specific "extras" that day and she only does one a day - mostly for regulars - plus she has a bf, blah, blah, blah. I accepted her response with good grace and, never booked her again, even though she is fits my target demographic. So, we ended up with DATY and her cumming plus BBBJ plus HJ for me.

Second was just a ML/WL with a shocking attitude. This girl may have recently had a personality bypass operation, or perhaps just didn't like the look of me. Or maybe both. Her stats on the website were also horribly inaccurate so maybe their web admin/publisher was numerically dyslexic that day WRT her age, weight, etc. Both C girls.

All others have been sweet as pie (as per my ARs) and Reception very professional.

As this shop is a drive and a half for me, especially to get there by 6pm in nightmare end of day traffic for a 60 min booking, I always reconfirm by txt or phone before I leave or on the way. Some girls just have a bad attitude or a bad day or both. But on the whole my experiences at 41 have been good.

IMO you did the right thing by leaving and so the girl perhaps lost her last customer before her shift ends. The girl and the shop needs to know there are consequences for dicking around customers. Those consequences not only include losing the $50 revenue on the night, but maybe losing a portion of the 100s of punters who will read this post and think twice before visiting this shop. Certainly, I will never book Lucky there. Never ever.

And I am sure a number of punters will also not take the risk.

There are way too many others to choose from and this Forum provides intel on those providing good experiences with high ROI for funds employed.

To clarify I was only there for maybe five minutes and didn't really get a vibe either way, so I'm not making any assertions or judgements. With the benefit of hindsight my reaction to the message was exactly 50/50 - I wouldn't be surprised if it was true but I also wouldn't be if it wasn't.

Sounds like an unfortunate experience and like others, have mostly very good experiences at both Epping and their sister shop NS 227. I was also there last Thursday and the receptionist on the day is usually very accommodating, friendly and customer focus.

Could be Lucky wanted to finish up early for the day and could have been running late?? One thing is this shop and the girls there are more relaxed than running on the strict time schedule. There's no alarm or even knocks at the door when the clock is up. I never tried lucky so can't vouch either side of the argument.

Hopefully put it down to a bad punt as we all have them.

Let's hope your next punt is better..

I don't think so - I showed up a few minutes early and she was with me right on time. She'd already started saying "Just want to let you know..." before she was halfway through the door so I don't think it was an issue with me, she'd already decided she was cutting it short before she'd entered the room.

That's not the vibe I got at all... she could have said "Come back at X o'clock and see another girl" or literally anything else to honour the booking they took, but instead just went "Half hour or refund" with absolutely ZERO fucks given. No solution offered, just take it or leave it. I totally get that mistakes will happen, to me it's all about how they're handled and this was handled extremely poorly.

I might try these shops again in the future but there's so many awesome shops with great managers and keen staff that it's probably unlikely.
