I went in on Sunday afternoon seeing that this place has reopened and has been reno'd. Young guy answered the door and said they were busy but had one girl free. Emma walked in, tall fit, great figure late 30s if I'm being charitable more like 40s, has had ALOT of facial surgery, her nose is over done but she was fine and seemed friendly so i took her for 30mins a the diamond price. The wheels came off hard after this, I went to the room, very nice rooms btw, showered and got on the bed, after a bit of light kissing and caressing I asked her to go down on me and she moved to get a condom, i said i paid for premium but she said no she wanted a tip. I'm a clean anglo guy and I've never had this happen before so I was a bit stuck, I explained again that I had paid for premium service, she again refused. Fair enough I'm not her cup of tea, I hit the room intercom to a call the manager up. he arrived and I explained the situation and asked for my money back. he lost his shit and started yelling, calling me aggressive etc,(I wasn't) he refused any refund and the mood was dead so I cut my losses and left. Super disappointing experience and very odd as they are clearly pitching themselves at the Ginza level.
