Met by a petite Taiwanese girl - didn't catch her name.

$80 shop fee felt steep given the modest setup and location. Asked about FS Initially quoted $350, negotiated down to $300.
Way too expensive given her list of restrictions.

Frankly, that’s a Rolls Royce price for a Hyundai Getz experience. Opted for basic service which was average at best.

Disappointed overall. At these rates, I won’t be back.

Vivi’s Hendra is in good location with parking place but as same old MLs, prices are high. Low quality service.

I hope Vivi’s Hendra will get some brand new MLs. Shop & MLs must maintain the prices according to the market and not high.
We customers should not pay more than market standard...
