indonesia or Phillipine?

hmmm.... I think for value wise. Phillipines seems to be the better option. English speaking country. Indonesia aren't. WL in Indo can understand typical sex stuff but if youre looking for a chat it would be difficult.

In indonesia i reckon the best WL would be in Jakarta.
