My understanding is that's closer to the norm in Japan - how they look is more important than good service on why they get picked by punters.
Not that service isn't important, but for the short stay girls, it doesn't matter as much to them if they get dozens of disappointed punters who visit them once or a few regulars who visit them the same amount of times.
Less effort for the same amount of money, and then they've moved on to the next, shop, city, or back home.
The long term J girls seem to understand the importance of good service because it's in their best interest to have repeat and regular customers, especially if word gets around (like here) if they're not worth a single visit.

Strangest to me is the long term C girls - not many great ARs on them, and most point to their substandard service and CPS.
Either they have regulars who do get good service and/or don't care about service and only need looks.

If they still want to employ them, that's fine, but don't advertise them with the same keywords and at the same price point. Since Kanade, I've had V Saka @ No5 for the same price, and T Kitty @ 42G for less, and both were leagues better than Kanade, in looks, figure, and service. I don't know what I was paying for with Kanade.

So many of their long term ladies are great and highly regarded.

But i think instead of just taking them off roster after a bad AR and then bring them back later - should do more quality control and adjust price accordingly.

At least in this case OP got a bit of a refund for the time lost

If their price drops and still service doesnt improve then they should be let go instead of the next customer copping the hit and wasting their money

Its defs hard to say with C Girls as not many reviews on them other than the older ARs getting bumped ...

But only like 25% good.

For the others need to see if I’m lucky because sometimes they look good in lineup but inside room service is so so.

Shit quality short term girls will ruin the shop's reputation, which has done that for me. I'll still go to No5/42G, but I'll stick with the long term girls, and won't bother with any newbies, which means my chances of dropping in at the shop will be much lower.

Absolutely fooled me. They claim real photos, but she was nothing like that. She looked like a school girl, with attractiveness and body shape in the bottom 50%. Which is fine, ultimately I want good service, but that was even worse. Unless there is proper training and decent quality control why would the J Girls that are FIFO give a shit
