So I was at Ginza earlier today to see Midori and saw these photos stuck up on the locker......
BIG BIG photos with the words BAN from GINZA for poaching girls
I asked the reception boys what happened and they said:
"These guys were all caught for trying to introduce girls to the Marrickville shop and the poachers said that the Marrickville boss would be pay them more."
I have been punting for long time but never seen this before... WOW
I think punting is punting ..... you go there to enjoy and have a good time.
But why go shop and try to poach the girls to go another shop .... seems unethical and poor form.
And people really think they won't get caught?
Cant believe some shops would sink this low but i feel sorry for these guys who have their face all over the shop now LOL
Are they struggling so much and that desperate they have to poach Ginza’s top talent lol
I saw this at 310 lockers in front of reception and the waiting room BIG TV with with Big photos
Reception said they will now post the photos across all shops and in waiting room and entrance EVERYWHERE lol :miao:

lol, so that's why a lot more were showing up on the N5M roster recently.
Thought it was the usual - they were let go for poor performance (though the recent ARs kind of show the ones that left were the poor performers anyway).
Kinda funny the girls don't last that long either.

Poaching has been going on since day one, business is business. Happens with everything sports stars, music lables and escorts. Every shop has had it done before and when I say every shop I mean every shop. How do you think agents work and get girls? This is half of it. These guys would of just been agents and no5 would have been first choice of shop to place the girls. Its pretty common, happens in most shops across Sydney weekly. Everyone wants that agent pay!

Have heard rumours / acccusations of N5M poaching girls from other shops before, but don't know the truth of it.
I'm sure it happens quite a bit, but I wonder how common it is for one shop to send customers to another shop to poach (if that's what was happening here)?

Can you imagine sending a punter in trying to do this task.
Works better to send a loyal girl to another shop, work a week and convince the others to jump ship. Would of just been agents but I guess agents do start off as customers. Would of been easier just to message the girl they wanted to poach on twitter instead of having faces exposed and a wasted 30 mins.

Over the years have more girls left Ginza and gone to work at No5 or more girls left No5 and gone to work at Ginza? Surely some punter on here has the numbers written down in their diary some where.

They used to do it when they weren't so big yet.
Years ago they were caught poaching girls from 5 star. That led to a big beat up between Ginza and 5 star guys. A 5 star employee was hospitalized, Wilson and Yuki were arrested.
I would think now that they're top dogs, they probably wouldn't need to stoop to that level.

I was speaking to a shop owner recently and he knew who all the popular girls around town are. He sends his mates to see them in their shop and test the water. It goes on.

This is not a new thing - I know of 2 shops that “pouches” girls from other shops to work that theirs.
They send someone round to “test the waters”, make a few bookings, work out what’s what and then promise them better pay, etc if they come over to work for them. I myself have been asked to do this or give recommendations of other girls I’ve seen by a shop owner. You can tell which shops do this by who is working there.

Come on guy, don’t make up stories, that was a completely different incident that had nothing to do with 5*, but I won’t dwell on that story here for legal reasons, anymore talks about this will be deleted.

Isn't it up to the girls to decide where to work and when to move from one location to another?
The concept of "poaching" has a hint of people trafficking, which is illegal.
Perhaps Ginza should take less from what punters pay. Working girls, like anyone who earns a living by selling their labour, will always be attracted to higher incomes.

Posting people's faces on the wall of a brothel for engaging in legal business practices is a good way to land yourself in court.

Not surprising for No5m to be doing this considering the quality of their J-girls recently. So many mid reviews and theyre getting hard mogged by ginza in terms of service and looks.

Ginza, or any other business, has the right of refusal to provide services or allow whoever they want to enter their premises. The extra layer in that business is that the girls as independent contractors also have the right of refusal to provide their services. Ginza cannot force them to provide services they don’t want to or to whoever they do t want to. We all know they go out of their way to protect the girls as they should. Employers don’t like to have their workers poached by competitors, nothing unusual.
Nothing to see here in this thread I think, just business as usual.

It’s legal to refuse service / refuse entry due to disruptive behaviour, which this may fall under - so long as you are not discriminating based on age, gender, race, religion etc.
Also, not everything that is a legal business practise in other fields is legal when it comes to sex work. It’s a criminal offence to induce someone to undertake sex work, so this might be a legal grey area or illegal (I’m not a lawyer) - depending on what exactly is (allegedly) going on.

There's only one fair solution to this problem, introduce a draft lottery system like the NBA. After 6 months the WL becomes a restricted free agent, after 12 months she becomes an unrestricted free agent. Intro trade deadlines and salary cap too. This is the way.

Lol do you have evidence of this or just throwing accusations around to create chinese whispers?
Just like how you shit talk on girls looks and body in other peoples reviews but never leave your review...? - i think the last victim you targets was the shop girl joleanne where u conviently changes your prioginal post
You went back and changed ur post from -
Jolie's looks are massively overrated.
And then change and back track to this?
Naa she is just out of shape, which is why I say she is overrated, her face is pretty.

This is just standard business practice for any industries that operate in the shadows - even for some that are completely legit. Any punter whos done a few rounds at the main stores and noticed how girls shuffle between them all over time could figure this out.
FWIW, Ginza’s location and service is head and shoulders above the nearest competitors, so it would have to take some dynamite pussy for me to follow it around instead of just trying the next hot piece of ass that starts at Ginza. That said, if Ginza go to huge lengths to secure girls from overseas (like the JAV actresses they source), setting them up with travel, papers, accom etc. only for some local competitor to swoop in and undercut them and undermine their hard work to get them here, then I’d be pissed too

Back around pre-covid I had a session with a very popular Chinese girl at 57 Sakura, you can PM me for the name. She just casually told me that Ginza scouts on a couple occasions booked her and then tried to recruit her and she was considering it, but she liked the more casual management style of Sakura since Ginza service and working conditions is a bit harder. I don't even know how we got onto the conversation and she had no reason to lie about it. In the end she did work briefly at Ginza later down the track, like not even a week, then went back to Sakura.
I don't know why it seems far fetched that Ginza might also poach. Almost every other day some company tries to poach me on Linkedin, this is standard business practice. It's also plausible they may not poach that much these days, but given that they were the most popular shop 5 years ago one would think they didn't need to back then either.
As for Olivia's looks, well looks is body+face in my books, so when I said she was overrated I was talking about the whole package. I later said her face was pretty, but her body is mid, that's just breaking it down into more details. Stop being a big cry baby AusBargainPussy.

Mate it’s private property at the end of the day.
I would presume for Ginza to post their mug shots and say taking girls they probably have evidence of this….
How is this any different to shops/restaurants and shopping centres that post cctv pictures of people stealing??
The concept is the same and the shop is just posting that as a warning to silly people and to protect their girls.

Yea I agree with what others have said here regarding legality and ways of doing business.
If the shop or person has a valid reason to refuse the customer from seeing the girls they also have the right to post photo of their face on private property.
Now how you argue the reason being valid is between shop and customer.
If you have been to any brothel or massage shop i am sure you have seen photos of people before getting banned for certain reasons - this is no different.
And as another person said, the photo of these 3 people being posted all over is no different to restaurants and shopping centres posting people doing Dine and dash and stealing.
In the past, GINZA has also posted problematic and troublesome customers in their shops especially those who did the no condom sex.
When the police were called to the scene they were ok with it because it was justified as protecting their business and their girls from these kind of problem customers.
But yea where ever you go in Ginza you see the 3 photos of those guys I can't stop laughing its hilarious.
You pay at reception and the photos are stuck on the wall, you go to waiting room and you see those guys 3 faces you give feedback and leave and you see photos on the locker....

Today Reception had a new job... they were busy printing out more photos and stick EVERYWHERE!!! The 3 Famous guys :miao: :miao:

Small things amuse small minds I guess lol. Just joking bro. A few other places have these photos up you should go check them out for a laugh
Yeap even i am regularly approached to go work for other companies in my line of work . At the end of the day it's the individuals choice and motives as to whether they stay or go whether management likes it or not.
Maybe there was a gentleman's agreement that has been broken or like zhangwao is implying that maybe someone lower or newer in the pecking order saw an opportunity for getting his own slice of the pie and fucked up. Business is business and you gotta be ruthless sometimes, some people will kick the shit out of you to protect their own business interests

What a load of fucken horseshit!!
Gyms that refuse entry to men is an example of direct gender discrimination, and the law is generally on the gyms' side. A few years back some cunt took Curves gyms to the anti-discrimination board and lost. The anti-discrimination tribunal ruled that women who need access to these health services might not walk in the door if men are inside (a fair call).
So by the same token if a shop wanted to put up "No Indians" poster and some bloke complained about it then technically the shop could also use the same line of reasoning and win.
When you have transgender blokes entering an all female gym that's when the law becomes grey.

Are you saying I’m spouting horseshit or the law is horseshit?
If you’re talking about the law, maybe. If you’re claiming what I said is horseshit, you’re wrong, as I correctly summarised (very briefly) the broad intent of the Anti-Discrimination Act. Because I’m not a lawyer and this isn’t a court, I didn’t go into details about exemptions and certificates under the law, which is what you’re describing in the case of Curves gym. A business can be granted a certificate under the law to cater to certain demographics (including based on gender, age etc) and therefore legally ‘discriminate’ against people outside that demographic. A women’s gym with the proper certificate and refuse membership to men; a men’s support group can refuse membership to women (for example). Exemptions are what allow companies to specifically hire (for example) people of a specific gender, sexual orientation or race for a particular role where that would otherwise be an offence under the anti-discrimination act.

Girl I know quite well has been approached several times to work in No5 while working in another shop. Its common everywhere.
The best girls will bring a customer base. Who wouldn't want 40x more customers a week which a popular girl would bring.

There is a big different between a potential customer asking sole traders on an abn working within a business that they have better opportunities for them and someone that conducts the criminal offence of theft. Actually you can't compare the two because they are logically different and irrelevant to each other.
