Thoughts on Sakura Palace and Kyoto206

I'm kinda new to punting and only been to a few places mainly Ginza and N5M. I use other peoples AR to pick which girls i want according to their skill set. I don't see any AR of girls from Sakura Palace or Kyoto206 given their roster looks pretty good with alot of girls on their website. I've been very tempted to try these places but the lack of AR's is a bit concerning. Am i missing something here or should i give these places a miss?

If you did a search on the forum you'll find that the establishment is hit and miss depends on the WLs. Also the photos are heavily photoshoped, so take it with a massive grain of salt

Spot on. Over the years I’ve visited all the shops mentioned multiple times. Sakura and Kyoto do get some good workers, but the vibe in both places has always been poor. You know, you get a worker who is more interested in her phone than you, or tries to scam you out of more money for something advertised, and the management don’t give a dam. I once had a Sakura girl try to con me by saying I’d only paid to hire the room. The manager told me it was my problem. My advice is just go to Ginza. Their management really is good.

I was the same when I started looking up reviews and shops here.
There are some girls on their rosters that look tempting (even with considering the amount of photoshop/filtering they do to the photos), but the most recent ARs and feedback about Sakura/Kyoto haven't been great or were outright complaints about how bad it was.
As others have pointed out, common theme is that management don't seem to care no matter how bad the service is, and while there are a handful of girls who provide good service, most seem to be not care at all and try to get extra money out of customers as they are mostly FIFO.
Add to that, the pricing is high for what will likely be substandard service, and there really is no reason for me to visit them.
My guess is the customers who go there don't really care about service - as long as the girl looks good and they get to fuck them, they don't care if the girl is starfish or doesn't try. Nothing wrong with that - but not somewhere for people who want better service or other things.

I'd recommend sticking with Ginza and N5M, and even then, check out if the girl has an AR first.

I've been to both several times, never had any issues. I,ve only made bookings with two girls, and they were matching the photos, the rest were walk ins where I chose from the line ups. Saw K and J girls. Most of the times I walked out happy. Only 1 time was wasn't fully satisfied, couldn't blow. That was on me. Tested out karmagra. Still a good session though.

I agree with all the comments here. But just to be fair to those shops, Sakura/Kyoto do have some hidden gems. They bring in a lot of FIFO girls and pretty much accept anyone they can find in Japan. Sometimes they’re complete amateurs that won’t survive a shop with a minimum service standard.

Honestly these two shops customer service is miles below Ginza and in correlation WLs’ level of service is therefore complete YMMV; in saying that though they do have hidden gems occasionally and one of major PROS is that you get to see a line up to verify their appearance against their over touched-up photos 😂 So I only visit them when I have a spare time and want to check out a possible gem.

Yeah I've punted a few at Sakura. I've been twice with J Sora, otherwise I've probably done 2 or 3 others who are not memorable. Ginza takes the cake every time.

The times I've been to Sakura were all impulse walk-ins and not prebooks. But there was always at least 1 girl in the lineup I found very attractive and had good experiences each time. I'd go more often if I spent more time around Central.

although there are not that many as the other more popular places there are some ARs - i think just pick the shop in the prefix but the ARs might be bit outdated/girl no longer working there

the one good thing about the place is its super clean and very nice big spacious rooms and both shops offer a decent lineup even during rush hour

the con is the girls can be bit of hit and miss and can be awkward when you see the lineup but not interested and wanna walk away lol. But i think theres another thread somewhere which commented on the gems at that place

Sakura and Kyoto are good and the rooms and shop's in general are very clean. The times I have been there are with regulars from other shops like Ginza, No 5, 42 Glades etc.

Based on that, I've had good service but I guess that is because the girls I have seen are the ones I have seen at other shops. Management seem good and always accommodating. Sakura's papasan is a good bloke but I forget his name.

How much different are they in person?

Hmm, back in the day they were pretty close I think i've only ever seen 2 good girls in this shop YEARS ago Chinese girl named Mimi and another Chinese girl named Layla.

However, that was YEARS ago, every other time i've gone to 206/57 the pictures are like 60-70% accurate.

And the photos are taken INSIDE the shop too, so it's a combination of the absolute BEST angles and photoshop skills that baits me every time. I don't expect shops to be honest with their photos and even descriptions (I wish they were). However, this shop doesn't have the girl's size/weight in the description. This is pretty much the only thing i look for since i like slim/skinny girls (<50kg). So yea, no size/weight in the description so the only thing i have to go off are the pictures. Which every single fucking time, i'm like "The photos are taken in the shop!! how bad could it be" and i get burned every time (only a handful of times).

I think my description makes it sound a lot worse than it actually is, i shall add that it's not so THAT bad. The girl's aren't "ugly", just don't expect anything close to the photos. Maybe i've just been unlucky however, and my sample size is just too small.

That being said, i pretty much only punt Ginza now, and even Ginza's photos are very inaccurate. The photos taken inside the room are okay, but i don't trust a single photo that's not taken in the room. However, the only thing i look for is size/weight and Ginza has been pretty accurate on that so far. Again, the girls have never been ugly, in fact almost all girls i've seen are better than average, i just mean the photos are not accurate.

Coincidentally popped into Kyoto206 recently for the first time in a long while after getting having a rare bad experience at GC. The good news is that they've finally dropped their prices to match the Ginza's and they also still do a line up which is much better than choosing off an iPad if you're not sure on timing or just like to see the available girls in the flesh before picking. The bad news was that on selecting a beautiful and friendly J girl called Hibia, the standard of service was the same as it always was at this place (very average) and just not up to the usual Ginza services standard which keeps me coming back. Not sure if best place to ask this. I do recall one time in Sakura - room 1 - noticing a tall speaker / sub woofer on the floor, facing the centre of the room.
