Not many "good" places will be priced around 250/hr, or maybe you could just go for 45min options. You would have to push it to 300 at least for 1hr.
As others have mentioned both Ginza stores are good but most girls range between $280-350 based on their service/looks. Its very hard to beat them in my opinion. They are definitely worth the money.

No5 marrickville is a close 2nd for me with similar price ranges.
Another shop could be 45George at Clyde, I believe they do day time discounts that may meet your budget.

If you are willing to compromise to 45 minutes for that 250, ginza would be a good option. A 45 minute quality booking (even a 30 min one) will always be way better than an hour long, below average booking.
