iPhone app

Somewhere on the punter forums I saw talk of an iphone app that allows you to install additional apps. For instance I already have Whatsapp on my number and I think this app allowed me to run another instance of Whatsapp with a different number.

Can anyone point me in the right direction for such an app?

PS: I already have two phones both with Whatsapp and Whatsapp for Business
