Fat transfer breast augmentation

Hi punters,

Twice this month I have come across Thai girls with fantastic tits that I thought were fake but looked amazing and no scars. They looked and felt real but too good to be true. I had a close examination today and saw two very small pin hole incisions under the breasts and two on the lower abdomen.

I've seen a couple of J girls that've had that procedure. It certainly looks and feels better. The shape looks almost too good to be real and they also feel slightly firmer

They usually draw the fat from their tummy or thigh and 'transfer' it to their boobs. Some girls also do both implant and fat transfer.

AFG gives their tits volume and shape whereas implants will provide them with size and shape.

The sutures now-a-days don’t leave scars, they completely dissolve. Some asians countries i.e Japan do the incision in the armpit. Also depends on the brand of implant,The brand Motiva are more natural looking and the brand Mentor are fake looking. They also add fat to the sides of the implant to make give them more volume, though it’s pretty pointless as most of it dissolves anyway.

What do dissolving sutures have to do with scarring?

From what I've heard, at least in South America they go through the areola and apparently it's close to undetectable.
