I’ve built a list and map of Brisbane massage parlors, mainly using information sourced from around the internet, places that are generally easy to find.

This project has no commercial purpose, so the free URL may change in the future. My aim is simply to practice building a website with a database. Still, I hope it can be helpful for those interested in exploring new venues, broadening their options, or discovering conveniently located spots they haven’t tried before. If you have any feedback or know of a shop that should be added, feel free to leave a comment or send me a message.

- No personal information about Massage Ladies (MLs) is included: The site does not provide personal histories, customer service details, or link MLs to different shop chains.

- Any photos of MLs are strictly limited to publicly available images and are handled respectfully.

- The site lists shops and the current aliases of MLs associated with those shops, but does not connect MLs across multiple businesses.

- Shops and MLs can access the site directly and are encouraged to use the 'Contact Admin' button to anonymously submit any concerns or requests.

- The feedback received so far has been largely positive, highlighting the site's dedication to respect and open communication.

- ozmassagmap.com is fundamentally different from minimally moderated forums (such as aus99) where anonymous users can post unverified or potentially harmful information, including degrading comments or personal details about MLs and site users.

- Sensitive or historical information about MLs is not published on the site; such content only appears on other platforms with little moderation.

1) What is the status drop down box for? - The Status drop-down box refers to a weighted score (ranging from 0 to 20) assigned to each shop. This score is determined by various factors, including my own observations, input from others, online reviews, advertising presence, number and quality of MLs, as well as shop location, access, and amenities. This system is designed to ensure that shops with limited or unknown information do not appear at the top of the list. The default sorting order is by status (status/weighting) first, followed by alphabetical. Take it with a grain of salt...

2j do you want shops that aren't listed posted here with links and info? - I’m happy to add more shops if they’re mentioned in the comments. Please include the name and suburb, and if possible, a brief reason why it deserves a higher status or special consideration. Otherwise, I’ll use whatever information I can find.

3j Anything else here we can do to help? - If something is plainly wrong, please point it out. I can adjust shop status within reason and am open to introducing tiers instead (e.g., Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3), but I’d prefer to avoid lengthy debates about which shop is better than another—for example, the ongoing discussion about Poppies.

4j Is a geographical drop down box possible eg South, South west, East etc? - I'm going to look into this. Shouldn't be too difficult. Also added the ability to search by shop name

This is really helpful. Not sure how much effort you are putting into this, but it would be really amazing if the best shops in Brissie, or in a specific area could be determined by punters’ rating.
Something like a 5-star score across 3 dimensions
- service level: this defines the overall quality of the shop and it’s management and includes things like ability to make a booking, no bait n switch, accuracy of roster and pics, general mood and vibe.
- quality/variety of MLs: this is a rating for the shop girls, a catch-all to cover age, looks and extras. It’s very subjective and not sure if it makes much sense at shop level.
- Facilities: this is rating for the shop features: room configuration (wall separation), table comfort, discreet parking / access, shower availability. The last 2 would be very useful as flags in the shop page.

Obviously, I’m not asking for it, but if you are practicing web development just some ideas on how to make your great product even more useful.

Thanks for the feedback and suggestions! I’m aiming to keep the directory as neutral as possible, but I do give a bit of extra weighting to shops that are already known and established, just to help users find the more reputable venues more easily. I’ve PM’d you a link for an ML directory, sort of like an almanac.

For now, I’m prioritizing accurate listings, location info, I’ll keep your ideas in mind as I develop the site further. Adding ratings by service, ML quality, and facilities could be a good, if there’s enough data from punters to make it meaningful.

Tier 2 Emerging (loosely based on - building reputation, positive early signs, recognized)
Tier 3 Unknown, (loosely based on - new or unproven, little data, quality/reliability not yet established)

Thanks for the feedback. I have no plans to continually update rosters or to implement rating or review features for AMPs or MLs on the sites (just testing features). The primary objective is to help users locate the venues and providers.

Any discussions, reviews, or subjective matter about MLs and AMPs should remain the domain of forums and other review platforms, such as here and elsewhere. The addition of a limited tier system is only intended to help AMPs and MLs appear more prominently in search results, rather than having shops and providers from less relevant locations (like "BFI") show up ahead of them.

I'm considering the idea of a dummy page to gather feedback.

The rating system is pretty tough. I might have put a bit of my own influence from my own experience into the ratings for SSDS, LMH and Star. I'm keen to see new shops flourish. Also trying to keep the number of Tier 1 shops between 10 - 20 and Tier 2 between 20 - 30.

I've added some more filters, links and search functions. You can click/tap on shops and ladies for more details. There are now better links between the sites. There is a clear filters and (anonymous) feedback button on the top right. The pages need to be refreshed occasionally to view new content. I only plan to update content periodically.

The 'tier' classification is highly subjective. For example, you classified Golden Lotus as tier 2, but it's a very established chain and has been around for a long time. They are fairly well organised and the experience is usually solid, although most MLs have a limited 'menu'.
Perhaps scrap it altogether, or maybe replace it with an estimation for how long the shop has been around under the same management: under 1 year, 2-3 years, 4-5, more than 5, or similar.

Tiers are tough, man. Like you said, it’s super subjective. Golden Lotus might not offer the full degustation menu, but they’ve been around longer than some marriages. That’s gotta count for something! Reliable, steady, and you always know what you’re getting—kinda like Macca’s.

I actually love your idea about rating shops by how long they've been under the same management. Way more useful than guessing tiers based on vibes. “More than 5 years = probably won’t disappear overnight” is a great sign in this industry.

But if you’re still keen on keeping tiers, maybe make Tier 1 more like a Hall of Fame—let it flex a bit. 16 or 18 entries won’t kill the system. Or do a monthly shuffle like Netflix’s Top 10. Keeps things spicy

Also props on the Google Maps integration—game changer. Next step: live traffic cam outside each shop?

Yeah, I totally get that the tier system is pretty subjective, there’s no perfect way to rank these places and everyone’s got their own take. I’m just trying to give the list some structure so it’s not a free-for-all.

Here’s what I look at:

Location: How close it is to the city and how discreet it is.

Exposure: Whether they have a website or ML photos out there.

Amenities: Things like showers, parking, and operating hours.

Number and quality of MLs: Based on what people are saying in forums and reviews.

The main reason I’m sticking with some kind of tier system is to make sure places like Ai Li Massage don’t end up at the top by accident. I’m open to tweaking things and making it more flexible as I go. The idea about tracking how long a shop’s been under the same management is actually useful, so I’ll keep that in mind for future updates.

I know the “15 x Tier 1” cap is a bit arbitrary, it does feel like trying to pick which exes to invite to a wedding. There are always going to be a few deserving places that just miss out. Maybe I’ll loosen it up and let Tier 1 be more of a Hall of Fame, or even rotate the top spots every so often to give more shops a chance to shine.

Cheers for the feedback on the Google Maps integration. Who knows, maybe one day I'll get some live traffic cams outside each shop.

I’m a bit cautious about linking MLs (on the site) who work across different shops unless it’s an obvious shop chain (where the photos are the same). I’m also aware that some MLs may not want it public that they work at multiple shops, but I’d assume that if they wanted (ML) anonymity, they would use a different name at each shop.

Westone tier 1 - too early too tell, but facilities are top notch and there are noticeable differences in staff. With more attractive and willing girls at westone. Maybe cause its closer to the cbd than sol day spa
Erya - Pretty much a brothel with its set pricing. Havent heard of a must see here, although one or two staff have been at big shops but moved on
Touch - If Daily Day Spa is tier 1, so should Touch. Same staff.
Vivis does not deserve tier 2, but there isnt a tier 3? It used to be tier 1, but the hiring is stale or just awful
Time - Does have some quality staff, but also considerable average staff. Plus most of the rooms arent fit to swing a cat in. Tier 2 is deserved.

Tier 1 should not be about filling the numbers. Should be about clearly being an elite shop.

I would not have Joyful, Anytime, Elysian, Erya, Feel Good or rejuvenate as tier 1.
Anytime, Feel Good and Rejuvenate are trading off reputation. Emilys been trotting her tired arse out for too long and cant hold on to staff. Rejuvenate have too many basic service staff.
Elysian is shit with advertising and answering messages and the shop hasnt been open long enough. Like Westone.

Golden Lotus Camp Hill - tends to be staff here that cant work at the other 2. Usually only one on

Thanks, I've added it. Drove through on the weekend and noticed there are a few along that strip. There are now 5 on the oz massage list in Capalaba. I can't vouch for any of them, although I see there are reviews on aus99 for Capalaba Massage Centre and Pink Spa Massage.

I’m happy to add shops that could bring value to punters, especially those clearly advertising their services. I’m trying to avoid including too many boiler shops, so if they fit that category, I’ll add them when I can. The rating system is just an effort to keep shops with little visibility or unverified status from appearing at the top. There might be some hidden gems out there, but ultimately it’s up to punters to discover them and share their experiences.

Getting into punting can be quite a daunting experience for some, and anything to make that process easier is appreciated. So many people who have been punting for years guard their go-to spots way too much. The comments from the feedback form sync to the site automatically. I usually do a quick review in case there is anything inappropriate. I'll take the form offline at some point to rejig it, as it's getting a little unwieldy. I've also added multiple photos of individual ML's if they are available. There are several ways to navigate using links between the ML's and shop pages, as well as the extra info you'll find clicking/tapping into the shops or MLs, including a section at the bottom suggesting other shops in the area.

Agreed mate, slim pickings north of the Pine.

I've had some gems amongst the mostly rough at Check In and Sakura at Everton Park, VIP Aspley does have some nice looking girls at times, Boomerang at Nundah is the pick of anything north of the CBD for me, an odd decent one can be found at times at Lavender at Kallangur (some horror shows as well), Elemental Focus at Strathpine and Hello Monica at Caboolture (don't get it mixed up with Olympic Star just down the alley!) and just about anywhere else (except for Jade Oasis at Morayfield) are retirement homes for expired asian ML's.

Jade oasis is a super clean shop where you can get a genuinely good professional massage from a really sexy and intelligent lady (The owner) but she doesn't offer anything extra so buyer beware. There are some other girls there that can provide extras, but i get the vibe the owner would prefer to run a legit shop but is smart enough to realise that would be a quick way to go broke.

I have tried just about all of the shops between Strathpine and Caboolture and out on the Peninsula and it's fair to say that the strike rate for anything above a 6/10 in looks is low....very low. On the positive side though, some of those old boilers can genuinely massage so if you are really in need of having some knots rubbed out, you will mostly be satisfied with that part of the service but you may need to close your eyes for the 2nd part!

I would never catch things like this. Would be great to have a specials section (so we can find things like this and encourage users to post specials they find.

As the sites getting popular you might even encourage the odd special here and there from the owners or even private girls.

I used to see specials ($10 off entry for the month etc) years ago but not lately (though not looking for it).

I would check a specials section often and probably will take up the boomerang offer now that I know about it.

Thanks for the feedback, always welcome. I try to add offers and little bits and pieces when I see them. It can be tricky at times to verify whether the information is accurate, which is why I’m always happy for owners or managers to reach out directly if they want to place something that can be made public.

It does get more difficult to verify things with private girls, and for that reason I’m mainly trying to stick with shops. I’m also a bit hesitant to allow shops or MLs to post directly, as while I don’t mind a bit of promotion, it still needs to be accurate and not just add noise, otherwise it becomes more like Locanto.

That said, the site is always evolving and I’m trying to keep the information as useful and relevant as possible. A specials section is a good idea and something I’ll keep in mind.

Before I left for Sydney I did a walk in just to scout the venue.
Phone number will be added to outside and an advertising boarding put outside.
No phone number or advertising was visible when i went. They should have corrected.

Front entrance is way too public. Laundromat next door, hairdresser and baker on the other side. About 10 shops on path. They do leave the front door unlocked so you dont have to sit outside like a plum.

Back entrance is difficult to find, but there is one. Told them they need to make that more accessible.
Shower is coming. Not sure when. They were planning to put it right at the back door which i said would be stupid.
There is a ton of vacant space at the front or near the kitchenette.

The 2 mls i saw, Mila….who is the manager….and the other one were in their late 40s or early 50s

How does the rating system work?

The rating system is based on several factors. I read reviews from different platforms, look at how each shop presents itself online, consider how they’re run, and visit some in person (mainly around Brisbane). I also take into account messages from visitors and feedback forms submitted through the site.

The ratings aren’t strict or scientific, so they should be taken as a general guide rather than a definitive ranking. Shops had to be listed in some kind of order, and the focus is on the overall consistency of the business rather than individual therapists.

It’s a one-person effort, so I always welcome feedback. I’m not looking for details about favourite therapists, just honest impressions of whether the shop creates an atmosphere that makes people want to return.
