What is the range of fee splits between shops and girls

It is none of our business how shops split the punters' fees with the girls, but I am curious if there is a significant range across the many shops we visit.

Do you know what the split is, and at which shop?

50/50, 60/40, something else.

I know that the girls always keep 100% of the "extras" money we pay them.

A milf massage shop i am aware of has a split of roughly 70/30 in favour of the shop, effectively leaving the girls with minimum wage, and therefore making the extras that much more important for the girls. Take that into account when trying to lowball the girls as they don't take too kindly to offers that will leave them with next to nothing after the shop has taken its fee. I would assume this sort of split is pretty common among the massage shops.

I was told, but only once, at a $270 per hour Sydney shop that the girl gets $150 and shop gets $120. I guess we will never know. This was 2 years ago.

I heard from a birdie that for $90 an hour Summerville charges, the girl gets $25 from that. The girl then keeps 100% of the extras. I was told this is the standard rate across shops in Sydney so there's no point going elsewhere if you need more $$$.

Is this correct though? A 65/25 split does seem a bit disproportional??

Tell her there are options out there, I know three different shop owners and they are always looking for girls, there's more shops than girls available and some times they just need intro to the owner or another girl who works there.

Given that the shops tell the ATO and regulatory authorities that they (shops) only rent out rooms and the girls are sole traders, shops should always advertise the room hire fee and then girl fee as two different line items. It's called transparency. I know a couple of brothels do it in their fine print to avoid legal issues with the police (pretending not to be running a brothel).

Shalenes had what I thought was a very equitable system. It used to be multiple suburban Sydney FS running out of units and houses - from memory 6 at any one time. Two girls on from 10am to 12pm (14 hours shift) they paid the owner a flat rate of $150 and everything else was theirs. $210-$230 for 60 mins Diamond for the main asian shops the remaining is room fee and agent fee if the girl has one. Western shops $250-$300 for 60 mins and you can choose to pay the girl seperate to the room hire.
