Leaves BNE 12:30pm, arrives Cebu 5:30pm. Clear immigration, taxi to city centre and travellers can be hitting the Cebu bars, clubs, restaurants whatever by 7:30pm.

Expect to score for $90-$150 long time overnighters

Not much more than local shops by the time you factor all your visits into one week.

BTW Sydney flight to MNL Out 11 Nov, return 18 Nov, Cebu Pacific $581 on trip.com. Just have your naughty fun in Manila where I was getting overnight bar fine for $75 all up.
