I've been in 3 times this week and all indications are its a raging success and going really well.
Opening day was crazy busy. And the next day I went in it was more relaxed but still busy.
The main difference is that they are getting customers just coming in without a booking.
The old Ginza where you had to book first put off lots of potential customers who just like to come in spur of the moment and take their chances. And the later opening hours suit a lot of punters too.
The best strategy is to book first though if you want to see a particular girl.
Some girls are very popular (and for good reason) and get booked very quickly.

Looking at the rosters it seems to be 6 rooms with apprx 4- 6 girls on at any one time.

I wonder if at some time the Club element might be expanded more- bar, music, big screens, entertainment, hostesses - all while you wait.

I went there on Thursday to see the lovely Toshika and she was totally amazing - probably the best I have seen ever. She has been reviewed many times so there is no need for another. She will be leaving Aus for good next week which is a real shame.

I've just seen the pic of the Ginza's new terrace - and there are two of them you say?

I can understand it would have been a lot of capital investment to get it up and running.

Because there were so many renovations, one wonders whether it is rented or if the terraces were bought outright. I didn't think you could renovate rented premises. Was it an existing brothel? That might be an exemption. To buy would probably be $1.5 million or more for two inner city terraces.

In any case, as the girls wouldn't have put their hands in their own pockets for any of this, are the above increases all going to the house, which would be fair and logical, or do you think the girls would resent being charged out for more but not get any more? Even though they didn't lift a finger or open their purses for a single zac of it? This would mean that a considerable percentage of the increases above are merely to soothe the girl's feelings, and is nothing to do with establishment costs!

Well it is probably further for the girls to get to, maybe some extra for the bus/taxi ride :)

Just on this, made my first ever trip in to Ginza quite late last night and saw Usagi (review pending). Just bear with me while I set the context.

For a variety of reasons (hours, location, individual showers) the new place works better for me, even though regulars from the old place miss its "ambience" and the James Bond-esque secrecy of access. Ridiculous as it is I never got there myself, even though I did actually refer other guys from an international forum there when the discussion just happened to veer towards Japanese girls, the prohibitive costs / nature of P4P for gaikokujin's in Japan, and the fact they were visiting the Harbour City. Being the helpful guy I am, ably assisted by numerous glowing reviews here, I PM'd Ginza's number to these blokes to have fun while in Sydney and simultaneously cross Japanese girls off their bucket list. One of them ended up seeing Usagi, had a great time, and now owes me several beers in thanks.

Also being a true gent, a big believer in "punting etiquette" when in a shared waiting room, I opted to sit out the first few days and let all you lucky bastards that are regulars and therefore more deserving than me go first. There's also one particular girl I really wanted to bust my "Ginza cherry", but she'd never been rostered on at a time that suited, and indeed hasn't yet appeared on the roster at the new venue.

That said ..... was in the area last night, dropped in unannounced (no booking) and the only girl available was Usagi. She didn't quite look my type in the intro and I was aware from the roster and this thread in particular that she'd done some long hours over the last few days, and although she wasn't my first-choice first-time Ginza girl, I did know she came with glowing endorsements (both from here and the fact that one guy I "referred" just happened to see her also). Was really in two minds to proceed, but as other girls were 15-20 minutes away from being available, I just thought "fuck it" and paid up for an hour.

What better way to test out this Ginza joint and see if it really lives up to the hype, by going with one of the "lowest" level girls in terms of cost / class ranking, who's at the end of her THIRD consecutive LONG shift, right?? To put it into perspective, there's a small chance she maybe saw one other punter after me before closing time. The girl could be forgiven for being tired and unable to perform at her best. Well, all I can say is .....

There's only one reason I won't say that was the best "punt" I've ever had in this country, and that's because if what I experienced really is the standard in terms of service level, then frankly it's just not punting anymore ..... that term carries with it an element of risk / the unknown. It's a long bow to draw based on one session alone, but if that's the standard, then Ginza just isn't punting, it's a sure thing ..... not so much shooting fish in a barrel, more like shooting fish inside the fucking gun barrel. :cool2:

I had to go to the airport at lunch time today so I had planned to go see Coco at Stanmore on the way back - well with a bit of detouring......lol

So when I was ready I called Coco from the airport and told her I will be there in half an hour.

So I took Gardener, then Bourke then King St and Messenden .
When I drove pass 501 there was a parking spot right in front of the shop, I should have stopped and go in to check out the line up, but I didn't want to stood up Coco so I drove on!

Got to Stanmore, Mimi just sending a client out, went in , room 4 was closed so Coco was working! So I thought WTF !

Went tonight! First time to GINZA (shop or apartment). Quite easy to find. Parked on side street adjacent to Cleveland St.

I had booked Toshika much earlier in the day and although it was her last day and busy Friday night, Wilson held my booking for me. Considering this was my first time to Ginza and also first time meeting Wilson, very impressed with how welcoming he was.

Felt like a VIP as I strolled past the punters who were sitting in the waiting room.

Nice new complex. It has the feel of a newer, bigger 5*. I got the room on the ground floor around the bend from where the reception desk is. There's a big round mirror on the ceiling with led lights that flicker and change colour. The bed was a round (maybe even heart) shape. The shower whilst not like the awesome walk-in showers in the big room at Midas were large and cosy enough.

Well done on your new business premises Wilson.

Yeah, a photo is worth a thousand reviews. Also Ginza is like a brothel now, and there is no line up just like everyone else. I understand there were a lot of good reviews. But without the photo and lineup we had no choose but to take what ever we booked. Some times the girl is just not your type.Can Ginza seriously consider this before people giving up Ginza and turn to somewhere else. Other than that everything else is excellent to be fair.

I suggest that they retain the appointment setup which other places also use and for new customers
to read the Ar's and book the girls based on their preferences.

Got there at 3pm, rang the bell, buzzed in, walked through the corridor, there were already two Asian brothers waiting in the front waiting room, my heart dropped, no shit, they are busy again, walked around to the counter, the guy greeted me, do you have a booking, I said no, he looked at his book and said, no one is available until 5 o'clock!!! What the!! All booked out in the next two hours!

Well, last time was at noon on a Monday and this time is 3pm on a Saturday. Both times they are packed to the rafter !!

Anyone knows how many rooms they have in this house??

If they are this busy during the day. I hate to imagine what it will be like in the evening during those traditional peak punting hours like Fri/Sat from 8pm to 2am ??

Just think about the amount of money they are making now on a day to day basis, I better not see the girl in the evening, it could have been her 10th or 15th jobs of the day !!

They have I think 6, maybe 7 rooms, up to six girls can be working at a time.

a day to several days before or the very same morning.

Lets face facts about Ginza. The staff are rude. They never answer the phone and frequently hang up when asked a question like "who is working today?" ...Anyone can have a bad day, but they still shouldn't hang up when asked who is working. All they need to do is to tell you to look under the Sydney Shop Rosters at forum.aus99.com. And since you're posting here you should be aware of that already and not be wasting their time by phoning for roster details when you can easily get them on this site.

I never try walking in and ask for lineup, always booked ahead. Even if it 30mins away just sms Wilson and ask, "at this time.... Who's available and how long your going to stay" usually he replied instantly.

Seen a few guys while i arrive try to see the girl first, but they all book out and it just wasting you and Wilson time try to arrange it at the shop. But if you don't mind waiting or have plenty of time on your sleeve and lucky on a non peak hour then it can happen.

Hey Brother,

If you'd prefer that, you're not going to get much luck. Ginza have always been busy when I visit, and I've made trips on different days at different times. I've even asked a few times to see a line-up after sessions to get to see the faces for next time with no luck (not saying they won't do it, just they are that busy). I'm going to say you're most likely going to have to make a booking and try your luck. I'd recommend reading the reviews on the girl and if it sounds right go for it. I'd have to say the standard is usually quite high and the classes (to my understanding) is in regards to looks and service skills.

As for knowing which class they are in, I'd assume they'd tell you and charge you accordingly, obviously if their name/price tag didn't match up there'd be problems, and I'd trust Ginza not to try and scrooge you for a few dollars and ruin their reputation, Wilson has always been professional to my knowledge.
