Hi guys
Just been talking to the boss this morning and she has asked me
To post this

I want to bring attention to a serious issue regarding the safety and well-being of our team. There is an individual who has repeatedly behaved abusively towards several of our girls. For example, he has been physically rough, restrained the girls against their will, attempted unprotected acts, refused to pay, and overstayed his allotted time. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable.

Our girls, especially the younger and more vulnerable ones—such as our Japanese ladies have felt extremely threatened by him. He has even made inappropriate comments about returning with handcuffs, and he admitted to being rough when confronted. Most recently, he abused Nikiita, leaving her so upset and shaken that she was unable to work today. Her mental health has been seriously affected, and she is now worried about her ability to provide good service.

I want to remind everyone: Please treat our girls with kindness and respect. Do not force them to do anything they are uncomfortable with or have not agreed to. If you arrive and experience anything unusual or feel the girls are being rude, contact me immediately and do not proceed with the booking. If you do proceed, please be gentle and considerate—our girls will ensure you have a fantastic experience in return.

We have already warned this individual that he is not allowed near any of our girls again. We have collected evidence and, if necessary, will involve the police to protect our girls

Let’s all work together to create a safe and respectful environment for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Honestly they should’ve involved the Police already if they have evidence. Can’t let pieces of garbage get away with this crap.

I would suggest the boss keep a picture of him and sent to the girls so they know not to admit him, he can easily book under a new number and visit a new girl who doesn't know him.

Sad to hear

Why did they let the person rebook if it was a repeated offence?

Agree with others. Police should be involved and action taken immediately against the guy. He needs to locked up, or beaten to a pulp.

Obviously disgusting, AND, on BOTH sides.

The perp is scum, no question there.

But this is just management CYA. The key word here is repeatedly. Why wasn't it "one and done"?

Refusal to pay? I am ignorant, don't know how it works. Where and when does management collect their cut? From the customer or listing fees from the girls? Try that in any shop and see how far you get.

But Management is just trying to protect themselves. Involve the police? Empty threat and the perp knows it. Certainly a criminal case against him. But you need a witness; sex worker is immaterial. But how did she meet him? THAT road leads to exposure for the agency, and I don't think they have a license for the nature of their business. Claiming ignorance of what goes on just doesn't fly. And publicity brings unwanted attention from the authorities. Unfortunately, it also brings into question the victim's status in-country. Certainly a victim, but... exactly why is she here, on what visa, and allowed what type of employment where, from whom...

Offshore, where sex work is hazardous, BFL's, the swiftness of the CIA (Chinese Intelligence Agency) to spring into action, spreading the word amongst themselves, is unbelievable. And it works BOTH ways: bad customer, good customer. So why wasn't management providing the same? Names are bogus in the first place. Phone numbers, not difficult to use a different one or have someone else make the booking. Entrance security camera seems reasonable, "undesirables'" photos disseminated. Management's obligation to ensure employee safety.

This is just management presenting a false facade to those who AREN'T a threat. Management confronted him, he admitted it... after how many bookings, and how many bookings were still allowed?

Finally, yes, this is an internet forum, but the false bravado? One says "chat", another says "physical threat", and a perp becomes a victim with a legal case to pursue. Management should just step up besides providing listings.

I did see the result today of the tough behaviour and he obviously was tough on her badly bruised neck and legs the poor thing

But yes management should of been more onto it and banned him ages ago

Won't help much - I've heard there are some assholes who use burner phones to get around that.
Sure, when they turn up to the shop they get turned away if they're recognised, but if some staff are new and don't know, they just let em in.
Also heard some use multiple burners to book girls and no show to fuck with them.

So what will you do with the number? He might end up hand cuffing you and beat you up. No benefits trying to be a hero, just let management handle it.

You can't activate a sim in Australia without an identification document, so if they report him to police he can be identified. The problem is you need girls to testify and girls are here on visas that are not allowed to do this work, they think the police care about their visa status. In reality police care more about the crime, its not their job to deal with visas.
