Cant emphasise enough to walk away from the door if a junkie open the door. There could be n number of legal issues lurking in their place. Avoid from a mile away.

The ad says “photos not verified”. Even alleged verified photo ads are often fake. This was as close to 100% chance of being a scam as you could get.
