Big kudos to Mali Mali in Chatswood. Messaged the mobile number this week and got a response within 15 minutes from what I assume is a comms app that they are using. Quick, friendly responses back and forth and finally a message to confirm my booking date and time. Should be standard in this industry. I have to ring my local shop every bloody weekend to suss out what's happening for Monday, as their online rosters don't tend to get updated until Tues/Wed - in the past maybe not all week. Then the recep/manager gives you attitude when you ring and go through who is on, and when....

But doubles, which shop have you been to where replies take longer than 15 minutes? I understand with privates, as they're potentially in a session and can't attend to their phones, but with shops, with a receptionist and all, should be almost instant. My usual haunts reply back within seconds.

Most of rnt shop on weekends are run by the mls work on that day. So they’re busy working sometimes. They also don’t know about other mls work there the rest of the weeks so not be able to answer about other days! One more thing, you might be up under bad name in their contact lists (like ask too much but not come, or stingy guy, etc) so they don’t bother to answer. Happy punting!
