After getting sucked off again through a sandwich bag, I think it's a good idea. There are some shops on the GC that always seem to use little plastic bags or gladwrap instead of condoms.

I always carry condoms, however, most of the time I don't need them, as they'll either provide their own or use gladwrap or whatever.
