Lately I've been getting jock itch (mainly in the evenings before bed).
Not sure if it's because of the dry cold weather or heater blasting at home or heated blanket.
But usually happens in the evening laying in bed. Im a clean person and wash my thoroughly daily. I have heard some guys using topical creams as such to manage the itchiness.
I also do not punt very regularly and only opt for a NHJ. So im pretty certain it's not some STD.
Any recommendations who also suffers from this? Tried and tested methods perhaps?

The cause I'm familiar with is sweat, humidity, dampness, darkness, and bacteria. A fungus similar to athletes foot in the crotch (aka crotch rot)
If such, simple to go to a chemist and buy an off the shelf product (for jock itch, not athletes foot). I prefer a spray; there are cremes or powders. In the tropics, a daily application cures and keeps it from returning. Loose clothing that does not chafe to not aggravate. Keep the crotch dry.
Active ingredient: Miconazole nitrate 2%.

Try a different soap. Or soap free for a bit.

I use to use coconut oil, it seems to help with morning wood as well.
Step one undies just wait for a sale. Usually after you place a order they have like a 15 minutes where you can get a bigger discount.

Step one: go to your GP to get a better diagnosis of what you might actually have
Step two: come back and ask where you can get Kamagragra or viagra/cialis online
Step three: Google 'why are men so fucking afraid of going to a doctor?'
Step four: go to your GP

If there’s no possibility it’s something caught from a punt, then what does this post have to do with punting?……
May has well be asking for workout or diet tips on this forum

Whether it's an STD, jock itch, even simple "diaper" rash, it DOES have something to do with punting: Walking into a shop with a red, inflamed crotch will definitely put a damper on the entertainment. If not, that's DEFINITELY a shop I'd be giving a miss.

Catching up with your local GP wouldn't be a bad idea.... but if you don't want to or can't easily, and is a shiny red itchy rash in the groin creases, get some lamisil cream from the pharmacy, or hydrozole or something - the pharmacist will probably treat it for you.

And the final step...take the 'itchy crotch' cream down to your local RnT and let the ML rub it into your groin area.

For me, I was getting it when I was on the overweight side, so the skin was constantly rubbing between my thigh and crotch. I was also wearing trunks. I've lost a bit of weight, and am now wearing briefs which has helped in separating the skin from rubbing against each other. That's for me anyway.

The most effective treatment for any fungal skin infection is one that is taken internally and acts by making the inner layers of the skin resistant to penetration by the fungus infecting the outer layer. As the outer layer of skin is shed by the normal process of skin renewal, the fungus is unable to penetrate the inner layer as it comes to the surface, which is what it usually does, so as the outer layer is shed the fungus is shed with it. These treatments are better than externally applied topical ointments and solutions which treat only the outer layer of skin, an d do not kill the fungus which simply goes deeper.
One very effective prescription-only internal medication that was available quite a few years ago was an antibiotic called mycostatin. I don't know whether it is still available, but if not there must certainly be similar medications. Your GP will be able to advise you.

Daktozin aka nappy rash cream works pretty well, or sudocrem
Advanten if it gets worse though that’s more pharmacist only
