Observation in shops

I have been punting for a while now, and am baffled by some observations I had lately.

Usually girls prefer to not go ahead with some customers of a certain ethnicity, which is completely understandable.
However, the annoying part is that the Masman at the reception has a very racist look or tone in the way they speak, even though I have not done anything as such.

Why would you? I am paying money, not asking for a charity from you. !! And this is at many shops like N5M especially with the guy wearing specks.

He should be more mindful of this.

I don't agree.

From my point of view, you sound like you're projecting your own insecurities and entitlement thinking you deserve what you want for paying.

Have many visits did you go to the shop, is the mamasan/papasan always like that, maybe she always have resting racist face, her tone the same. If you only went to the shop once, you only judge from that one meeting?
That said, even though you have not done anything anything as such, maybe you could have but don't know about it..

I remember long time ago, my dad English is his second language and the way he speaks to me sounds like he is yelling at me. I had public observers ask me is he is mad at something. It was embarrassing but that just the way he is, it was normal.
