Had my first negative, well let’s say frustrating experience at this shop this week after many positive previous visits.

Arrived on time and told to wait. Waited almost 10 mins then moved to room with another 5 minute wait while I undressed in 30 seconds. Session was 1 hour and the ML service was great, no complaints here and was happy to provide the desired tip for the service received.

But after 35 mins told we needed to wrap up and shower for finish that was an hour from the original booked time. Not an hour from when I actually went into the room. With room fees going up and surcharges on card transactions.
