Planning 7 days solo trip to bangkok

Hi All,
Iam planning for 7 days solo trip to bangkok on a budget, to enjoy frequent massages and escorts.
I have never been to thailand before.
Any advice and recommendation on do's and not todo's, where to book accomodation with great public transport will be greatly appreciated.
