Is it my imagination or is this service now offered up more freely?
I wonder if girls realise that offering this is still illegal even though some laws have changed.
I couldn't give a rat's arse if they offer it or not but i think they should a least be aware that it's still not a free for all in the industry.
Any thoughts?

More than pussy on offer with some.
I think the logic behind doing this for some girls is not so much greed but they've just made as much as doing 5 or 6 hj only customers and did it in one hr instead of 3 or4 hrs. A lot less effort required.

I am guessing it’s the Japanese girls….. I think almost no other girl would risk doing FS BB. But for some reason a lot of Japanese working girls would accept BBFS. Maybe because a lot of them were in porn industry and it is almost mandatory to do “Nakadashi” (creampie) in Japanese porn…. And they probably felt safe to do it in Japan because of the more stringent health check requirements; but I think it is extremely foolish to take the same view when they go overseas, I guess that’s just them being young and igorant.
This is the same in Japan where they often eat RAW EGGS in almost every meal not to mention raw fish and raw meat… they got high quality ingredients there with very stringent checks on those qualities but when they went overseas they assumed the country they visit has the same level of checks and ended up with food poisonings… BTW don’t try raw egg on ramen or rice here, you will get salmonella.
Technically and legally speaking you should not have any bodily fluid contact with a working girl - if you go to a proper legal brothel in Queensland, they will even require you to do DATY through a “dame” - a piece of thin plastic covering over the vagina, licking a pussy through that thing is like licking a goddamn rubbish bin liner…..

I think under certain circumstances it could be deemed illegal, although to say that BBFS is 'still illegal' in every situation isn't completely correct.

Could u give an example of a situation where a WL offering BBFS to a customer is legal in QLD then?
The new laws from 1/8/24 allows natural services to be legal as long as it's consensual. Of course, new consent laws came into play soon after and that law should be considered in understanding consensual decisions.
Also SWs need to be of legal age and not be trafficked (other laws also apply to these two scenarios).

No, providing unprotected sex is not legal in Queensland. It is an offense to perform sex work without a condom, and it is also illegal for anyone to ask for or offer sex work without a prophylactic. This is governed by both the Prostitution Act and new consent laws that include a prohibition against "stealthing" (removing a condom without consent).
It is illegal: Section 77A of the Prostitution Act makes it an offense to perform sex work without a condom. It is also an offense for anyone to ask for or offer to perform sex work without a condom.
New consent laws: Queensland's new consent laws, which went into effect in September 2024, criminalize "stealthing," which is the non-consensual removal or tampering of a condom.
Worker safety: These laws are designed to protect the health and safety of sex workers and clients. The state has decriminalized sex work, but workplace health and safety laws still apply.
Legal advice: If you are unsure about your rights or responsibilities, you should seek legal advice. Organizations like Legal Aid Queensland, the Youth Advocacy Centre, and WorkSafe.qld.gov can provide information and support.

Yes, "happy endings" or sex work, including services provided in massage parlors, is legal in Queensland after the Criminal Code (Decriminalising Sex Work) and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2024 decriminalized sex work in August 2024. Prior to this, it was illegal. Now, sex work is regulated like any other industry and is no longer subject to criminal penalties under this new legal framework.
Key changes to the law
Decriminalization: Sex work itself is no longer a criminal offense.
Regulations: The sex work industry is now regulated under workplace health and safety laws, as part of the Work Health and Safety Act 2011.
Removed penalties: This includes no longer being illegal to operate a sex work business without a license or to solicit sex work in public.
Prostitution Licensing Authority abolished: The previous licensing body for brothels has been abolished.

If you pay for the sex then it is illegal since this is sex work
If you pickup a hot girl and both consent then it is legal

If both parties (sex worker and client) consent to unprotected sex, and there is no misrepresentation or coercion. The mere act of having unprotected sex is not clearly a specific criminal offence in Queensland by virtue of being unprotected sex in the sex-work context. This doesn’t mean there are no risks, like issues of consent, disease transmission, workplace safety, misrepresentation, potential fraud, or exploitation, that may still trigger legal liability. If the act involves deception (for example, the client or worker says “we’ll use a condom” but doesn’t) or the worker is pressured/coerced, then criminal liability could arise (sexual assault/rape, procuring, etc).

It is an offense to perform sex work without a condom, and it is also illegal for anyone to ask for or offer sex work without a prophylactic.
There is no circumstance where unprotected sex for money is legal in Queensland.
It is not about consent, it is about the act of unprotected sex for payment.
Like all Laws, open to interpretation but for me it is clear.
I definitely do not want to be someone’s little bitch in prison so will avoid it

The way I've understood the new laws are:
It's an 'unsafe work practice' to provide BBFS (or BBBJ), just as it's an 'unsafe work practice' for me to use and angle grinder at work without wearing safety glasses/goggles.
An employer can take action against an employee exactly the same way for each of these cases.
Worksafe Qld would be required to implement stern action for each of these cases.
There is NOT a specific CURRENT law that implicitly addresses either of these cases. Only generally worded requirements for people in workplaces to wear appropriate PPE.

Personal view of each, to avoid prison I keep my bbfs with the ones that are less known for providing that services and outside a shop with no payment at a consent basis.
Best for me personally

It is basically irrelevant if it illegal or not, nobody is going to know anyway. BBFS should not be illegal as long as it's consensual. It no different to picking up someone in a bar and having consensual unprotected sex. ONS with no protection happens all the time. If people want to take risks they live with the consequences. Unsafe sex takes place all the time outside of the actual sex industry.
Government, state or federal, has no right to interfere in people's sex lives, that's extreme government interference and a type of communism. This whole issue is a red herring.

It is illegal only if you pay for the sex, and it is to protect the sex worker, so more a H&S issue than pickup a girl
Law is to protect the sex worker for getting pregnant with no person to support the child
And correct, cannot be illegal to have unprotected sex with some random person

Anyway, legal or illegal, every person will go for it or not, up to them and then accept the consequences of it.
Just read the new law (or st least the explanatory notes that came with the new legislation.when tabled in Parliament) and forget quoting the old law. There's a fairly in depth analysis over on PP. You can also check the sex workers advocacy websites. It's legal now, but only when it's consensual.
And yes, even when illegal, SWs still.offered it and guys took it up.

Since you are the legal expert, can you provide any recent legal cases that have gone to court over having unprotected sexual services since sex work laws changed recently?
This should help you back up your claims.

Sorry man, but relying on AI for anything is fraught. Like Wikipedia, it can be a good starting point, but you have to treat it with a grain of salt. And I certainly wouldn’t be relying on it for anything legal. Or even to win an argument.

If you’re doing BBFS sooner or later you’ll be picking up the gift that keeps on giving. Herpes is a nightmare. Even BBBJ is a huge risk of getting herpes but I’m guilty of paying for BBBJ. I can’t help myself.
You can imagine the girl blowing some other random dude with no condom with his pre cum coming out and literally sucking you off next. Sounds rotten but the small head wins every time.

If the first thing you are offered even before the menu is mouthwash and the ML takes a swig too, at least you know they are making an effort with their hygiene.

Well if they blink twice with their left eye and once with their right, they never have an STI.
Apart from Herpes or Genital Warts, no STI has visible signs.
Sometimes they have symptoms sometimes they dont.
Do natural services and you spin the roulette wheel each and every time.
In a massage shop or real life.

Indeed, and the girls know all this too. So what do u think goes through their minds in order to allow a customer to do it with them in the first place?
Ignorance , pressure, fear, a sense of being in control, desperation?
Of course money is the bottom line but some go further for not that much more money.
