Apparently it makes their pussies extra sensitive and their clits engorged. Sounds hot to me!

If they experience adverse effects they can always call Saul.

Sildenafil (viagra) is actually used to treat blood circulation problems and not only for a boner.

An aunt had Sildenafil prescribed to treat poor blood circulation in her feet after other medicines weren’t working consistently. So her specialist then brought in the big drug gun.

Couldn’t stop chuckling when I saw the prescription.

F**k ! That's a damn good way of getting the stuff if you can't get a prescription from the GP. Lol ! LoL!

Sorry to break it to you bro. If the GP wouldn't give you a script for Viagra, it would most likely be because you had other underlying issues preventing you from having it.

Needing to get the script due to reasons other than ED doesn't make those other underlying issues go away. The GP would do the math and end up ruling out Viagra as an option.

Apparently they're just fancifully marketed products that just rely on the same drugs for ED to do the deed. They are "hidden", undeclared ingredients.
And you're paying a lot more for it, of course. That's the whole point right?

Not to worry. Was merely making a comical remark.

Naturally would expect the GP to do due diligence . The recommended dosage is 50gm if one qualifies. Even in instances where you are taking blood pressure medication for mild high BP. In fact some GPs will send you to the cardiologist to check you out .

I will ignore the later comedic comments, and just answer your initial post.

IT WORKS!!!
it works fucking well for them.
Which of course is great for me too!!!

My product of choice Lovegra by Ajanta.
Again, it's obtained by me on trips to Thailand, or locally delivered via Kamagraoioioi online purchase...

In my experience, and over many women now who have trusted me to try it with me, generally by the two us sharing her Lovegra gel actually.
I have found it works similar to how Kamagra gels work on me, as it is pretty much the exact same constituents, just a different flavour and packaging.

The Lovegra rose flavoured gel provides the woman with increased bloodflow around her body.
Including in the bits we are most interested in, her clit, her pussy lips and her general pussy/ass area.
So as she gets aroused through foreplay, and that I've found is the very very very important part, in fact you need to wait and spend time there.
Thankfully for me, it's something I have always done, so for the women who have tried it with me, they knew foreplay for them was going to happen.
What surprises all of them the first time, is that as the genital area blood flow increases, so does swelling, so does fullness, so does pressure, and with it much greater sensitivity and with it much enhanced pleasure for her, and fucking bed sopping wetness.

But not if full arousal hasn't occurred. If the arousal isn't there mentally for them, or I went ahead too fast, then the increased sensitivity is reflected back at me by them as pain, not pleasure.

A few more personal experiences I'd found.
For women that hadn't before I found they could, squirt that is, maybe the letting go did it.
Same with those that were one orgasm and done, I found that many could be now multi-orgasmic.
For those that did it all, already, it was sometimes like I'd unlocked the nympho in them...

Yet, for some others they enjoyed it, felt it was different, even maybe better, but nothing more than that...

Wow.... Just Wow, bro! Fark I gotta somehow convince my missus into using it. Maybe a very small dose like 25mg or something.

Very interesting. I wonder how much of the upside is mental placebo vs physical

Hahahaha...
Does she know how Kamagra/Viagra works on you?
Does she know it helps you be harder, longer, fuller for her?
If she does it's much much easier...

If she doesn't then its hard to get past the initial skepticism.
Perhaps a mutual opening of the kimono so to speak, talk about what it is, how it should work, for both of you.
Then share a gel with her, taking 50% plus yourself, leaving her the rest.

If she is game to try, do it, then take your time, make her forget about the gel, and think about what you're doing for her.
Take your time, then when she's sounding appreciative and ready, take even more time on her.
And if you're a lucky man, she will let you know what she is feeling and cum to you, wanting more and more...

If she doesn't get with it, and instead maybe even shuts you down so to speak.
Then well, nothing to be done about it, just enjoy it for what it was, and make sure she enjoys it too.
Maybe it wasn't enough gel for her, unlikley tho.
Maybe she will ask for it to be tried a second time...

My personal view is that none of it is a mental placebo.
The drug changes things for her and works physically.

But mentally, she has to let herself relax, get into the groove, only then can pain turn to pleasure for her I've found.
