ML’s in their mid to late 30’s

I can’t see any chats on this previously so thought I’d put it out there.
Any recommendations for ML’s in their mid to late 30’s? Prefer a bit of experience and maturity rather than the younger girls out there.
Usually prefer Thai or Viet girls but for everyone’s sake let’s open it to all nationalities.

Haha, v true. Most of them are in 30s -
Its rarer to find those that are true 20s.
I talk about this with the ML and they just laugh and say then never age even if they been in industry for 5-10 years they stay 21-23 as advertised.

All I'm saying is, the intel is out there already. Yes, it's not in one concise location, but it is there. Where I went to school, professors didn't give out crib sheets; they gave out reading assignments. Takes time to access. (And for those whiners who say, "but I don't have the time to read, I just want answers..." Right, but I'm sure you DO have time to punt. God forbid you'd take the extra 15-20 minutes to write a decent AR).

Of course study groups are great for dividing up the work. But, IME, many want to join, FEW want to contribute.

Besides, the whole specific age thing is immaterial. No disrespect, but the 35-40 is... what? Too arbitrary. She's 33, doesn't make the cut. Oh, that #1 42 year old, legend... nah...

I agree, there's a certain demographic who has experience, which comes from maturity. As schloong, Wlso said, I see them all over. And what I consider excellent... others wouldn't. You have to find those based on your own criteria.

So you want a secondary, short AR after someone's taken the time to write a full AR?
Sorry, I'm not a bird who regurgitates to feed the little chicks. Timewise, much quicker to read an AR than it is to write a decent one. The Moving Finger writes; and, having writ, Moves on.

IMO, when requesting a best list, always better to include your contributions, in the style you're requesting, to start off the request (e.g. your best 35-40 with short AR's) along with the request. Kind of like priming the pump... (pun intended)

And these ole ears... lost the ability to distinguish tones a long time ago. Why I struggle with so many Asian languages... Not looking for any flames, just stating my opinion. You are VERY welcome to yours. Good luck.
