Y Day Spa Carindale - subpar experience

Decided on a whim on Thursday to give 'Y day spa' a go in Carindale, could not get any info for it on the forum so thought I'd give it a go and report back.

Rooms and foyer-area felt clean and professional, opted for the 30m massage ($55 on card), was taken to a room and told to get undressed, after about a minute she came back and started with the massage, was hoping for a young lass to do the honors :question:, maybe they were all busy...

On the flip was offered HJ $50 and NHJ $100 (no other services) which I declined, was told that if no extras are taken I need to pay an additional $10 for a tip as it's $65 dollars without HJ. Declined again and was told massage is now over and to get dressed as she left the room. On my way out she was waiting at the front-door, card machine in hand, for the additional $10, I declined again and left with her yapping in the background.

Would not recommend, anyone else had a better experience there?

I went there a year ago and was greeted by an older ML. I opted for a 30 min massage for $50. When she came to the room I asked whether there were any younger girls and she said there was one but she was asleep. I guess I was offered extras (I can't remember) but I didn't have any. I can't remember much about the massage but I wasn't pressured for any extra tip. But like I said it was a year ago.

Is this now a common thing about paying a tip if you opt for a massage only? I was at one of the popular shops last week and noticed a price list where there was a 'massage only' price which was $10 more.

If you were not told this information either verbally or by means of an easily visible sign stating the difference in pricing prior to you engaging in the massage then you are quite within your rights to refuse any extra payment. Sounds like she deliberately had you in a vulnerable position before the sting.

There were only two price lists visible on the counter, one for card payments, $50+$5(surcharge)=$55 and the other for cash payments($50 30min). I called on Monday to check if there are any younger girls working and was confirmed that there is just one, apparently from Canada and "very young and very good" according to the old ML. Might swing by next week and confirm if this is indeed the case and update this post.

** Decided to give it another go and report back **

Was greeted at the door by an older ML, assume it was the Chief-in-charge, was taken to my room where extras (prices in expected ranges) was discussed upfront which was refreshing, opted for a 30m massage and HJ ($100). From what I could gather there are 3 young girls working there, unfortunately did not get to choose as only 1 was free at that moment.

a Mongolian girl called Ava entered the room, late twenties perhaps early thirties and locked the door. She was dressed in a tight red mini dress with her boobs almost spilling out of her black bra, maybe a bigger size C, English was OK and we had a good chat during the massage. Massage was average, maybe 5/10, asked for full body but she stuck with upper body (shoulders/back) before moving on to the teasing stage, on the flip was asked if I'm after additional services like prostate massage etc. which I declined. HJ was good, perhaps 7/10, good rhythm and squeeze, lots of ball play and the best bit, some nipple play which totally surprised me as I've never experienced it. Touching was limited, was not allowed to touch boobs or the front without paying extra even though she was fully clothed. Overall a good experience.

WIR: Maybe, there are better options out there.
