Hi all, Jesse here.
After 2 years of hiatus / personal issue break, and because of everybody's help I have started to work and to manage again recently. Firstly, thank you, everyone! Especially the day 1 Fireflies team Leo Paula etc who had managed to keep things afloat during my lengthy absence, also a lot of customers, girls, friends, and even strangers who had helped.
After what seems like an eternity I'm back working already few months now. Some things have changed a lot, some things just stay the same haha.
I'm excited to be back on the scene full time again.
And i got exciting news!

1. Rockdale - coming full circle
To catchup:
I remember the 485 days, working hard from wake up to sleep, daydreaming sometimes I one day can save enough money, to get something like that big building next door with the sign that says the brothel name like, it was so cool.
After 13 years of working this industry, I'm finally not homeless anymore, and that happened. I got lucky enough to finally purchase a brothel freehold building. In the area that started it all: The Black Garter Building in Rockdale.
The building:
The place has 25 rooms, 16 of them are private work rooms with showers, 8 of them have spas. It doesn't look like what I had in mind yet, but day by day slowly we're getting there, kaizen. I will post how it looks like currently and how we want it to look like. I think it's beautiful, but please do give me comments. I don't mind spending on renovations because this time I own the building, so anything spent will be there permanently and I want people who work here be happy. Happy staffs equal happy customers :)
The girls:
The place is still under fitout works but we're already doing silent opening, 24/7 open for trade. Like before in 485 n 42, i plan to gradually week by week put more and more girls, focusing on 18-28 petite types of all nationalities. Tonight likely around 5. Eventually we aim to have 45+ girls per day again like before haha hopefully even more than that.
The fitout:
We're slowly steadily ordering more and more luxury items, luxury beds with bedheads, firm mattresses thats better for sex, glass door bar fridges, 7.1++ soundsystems, 75 inch TVs, textured paints, wall panelings, black and gold damascus textured wallpapers, versace wallpapers like the ones in our last place, state of the art lightings, lighted onyx stones as walls, and slowly putting more and more of some of Australia's famous artists' paintings and arts and statues as well.
The staffs:
The team I put in is a handpicked team of very experienced FS operators and escort operators in Sydney, I can confidently say each of them are in the top 10% rank in their respective strengths. We have one of the best industry salespersons, one of the best industry recruiters, one of the best Asian FS managers, one of the best Western FS managers, one of the best escort and outcall operator as well.
The supports:
We also have a massive network, 500++ of super kind professionals in all sorts of fields that act as support networks ready to help as well, a lot of them are very generous and charitable as well. I want every girl (and staffs and also customers actually) to have all the support they may ever need too in all aspects of life.
Improvements:
I'm really happy with the staff teams that I have now, most of them are the same ones most of you already know. But of course everyone have strengths and weaknesses, so like always, I need your feedbacks so we can always improve too, any comments, critiques, please launch them my way with brutal honesty because otherwise likely we don't know what's wrong and what to improve.
In the end a shop is only good if we listen to staffs, girls, customers, and even strangers. There's always things to improve! So just tell me whenever you have an idea of what can be done to make things better, and we'll see what we can do
I want this to be my final resting place, as I've realized lately this industry is my ikigai :)

2. City - moving next week 15 Dec
As for Fireflies' operations in the city, we starting to have many good girls again now, and we are looking for a place to move the entire 14 floors' of operations to. That place escalated quickly lol.
I'm still looking and likely will move to the city or surry hills area. Looking for a partner too to buy a building in the city or inner sydney, and i don't mind selling a minority share of the Black Garter Building as well to raise funds for the purchase. If you know anyone keen, let me know at my personal number :)
We also are looking for builders, renovators, decorators, and removalists to fitout the new building, and to help us strip down our entire 14 floors in the city.
Thanks again for all your support all this time guys, through the highs and lows, it's all coming full circle now :)
We also rebranded! After like way too many days of trying to decide in a name, we finally found the perfect name. Our new name is now:
The Bed Bath and Beyond.
