Most are generally in the $300 to $700 range. Some less, some more.
The busy shops make it seem like every ml is like this.
The reality is most shops are surprised when someone walks through the door.

Some can only do this job for a week or two before some cunt ruins it be being overly aggressive, does a runner or is just plain repulsive.
Some do it as a short term job to earn quick money
Some cant handle this for very long before questioning their moral choices
Others have a plan to work and then travel, send money back home or go back to normal work
If they make it past a year, which the majority do not, they can become stale, fucked in the head or ingrained into the lifestyle.

Based on a very Frank discussion ( again) last night with 2 of the more experienced MLs in Brisbane, it once again confirmed to me the amount of Tolerance some Girls develop for the work.
It certainly may not start like that. But after a Few years their Tolerance grows.
