Damn was going to check out one of my usual spots in city tomorrow behind world square, being fireflies by Jesse on Pitt St.

Website says they're moving! Think this shop only been there for like 18 months? Anybody know where they going to? Wonder if rent is too high..

I was there a few weeks ago and was told they were moving because the building is going to be demolished (or go through renovations, I don't remember). It is strange that a few days ago they updated the website with an address in Potts Point but I couldn't reach them by phone when I tried to make a booking. Now I see that the address was removed from the website. I'm not sure what's going on.

They thank all their customers who have shown loyalty to their Pitt St Location.
In the process of setting up elsewhere and hoping to give an Update soon.

I was going to say on the "Location" tab, as I saw about a week ago.
It was listed as 48 Kellet St, Potts Point. Seems they've edited that out now, not sure why.
Maybe they changed their mind and are moving elsewhere? Or the deal fell through, as Goldfish suggested.

48 Kellet St was their try around 12 months ago, they even operated for a few weeks, but the deal fell thru.
that property is operated by the 200 stanmore mob I think.

the Rockdale site seems maybe to be going ahead, but its gone quiet as to the management pushing it.
they have setup wechat and not published much info and don't respond,
In the city I think the girls used to stay on site, but what is there at rockdale when they are not actually working ?

Jesse/Fireflies never had or operated 48 Kellett street at all. He had 382A, 380 and 376 in the city the massage shops with the old auntys. As for 6poplar and world square they are someone else. As for 48 kellett I had it a couple of years ago and did all the rennovations to the building then a young guy took it on for a bit. Since then it has about three different groups take it on. After my time at Kellett I went onto working at Penthouse for a short period and managing Fireflies hence why all the young Japanese girls came towards the end like Yuta, Aki, Yua, Kanae, Nagisa, Himeka, Kasumi, Mako, Minami, Nami and Ren just to name a few that’s why the shop began to see a more consistent flow of new, young girls on rotation, with genuine photos taken inside the shop. As for fireflies the site is being demolished, along with the massage shops and restaurants currently there. In its place, luxury apartments are being built, as stated on government website when you search the property’s address. I’m not sure why the new location was posted as Potts Point so quick, as that isn’t true at all. I’ve been involved with both locations at different times.

I went to checkout on Sunday, as I saw C Luna back on roster. I messaged a couple days before that too, but they said only K Star was available.

I messaged on Wechat and number didn't get a reply this time, so just drove there.

Went in, the same guys who if I am not wrong were there who use to run Forever 19? Been a while so not sure, but even though website said 6-7 girls, they only had K Star available that time, 8-9 PM on Sunday.

So not sure how acturate the roster is? Or maybe I just caught them on a wrong time.

Not accurate at all, I reckon. I contacted them to book a girl who was on the roster and was told she was off. I was also told for now the best way to check the roster is by messaging them on WeChat, but I haven't tried that.

My griffith PhD pathway gradcert started last week

Building refinancing also inundated with letter of offers and legals

Valuation report will come Friday

Building value jumped up another 2M higher than we targeted, due to height limit increase 22m to 34m, zone upgrade B2 to E1, 10 carpark credit confirmed permanently attached, and class upgrades sprinklers and disabled room, on top of the 40% growth since 2021 (although it did decrease 15% due to RBA rate high increase)

I got lucky and had many people help these past 2 months, especially thanks to generous vendor and negotiators that made the discounted purchase price & 1M something repair + upgrades cost possible. I made around $5mill gain in 3 months pretty much. Even after the profitshare i want to give to people who've helped this past 2 months, and the roughly 1 mill cost, its still around $3mill net profit. Now trying to do similar uplift plays again to the other 5 buildings that we are getting next.

Never had so many people helping at the same time, thank you all for the kind words and the motivation. Real estate is wild.

Just waiting for the $4.45mill cashout now and the price agreement for 5 more buildings. 2 more sales contract, 3 already secured.

So many brothels and commercial buildings for sale now I don't have enough funds to take all 5 buildings. Let me know if anyone wants to JV, i dont mind 50 50 the profits if you come up with the funds. After all this is done i'll just fuck off to bali lol retire n focus on my research

Kellett St was cancelled last minute due to unexpected sabotage.

New business name will be Bed Bath and Beyond
