Lurked here for a long time but never posted, my experience the other day was so disappointing that it prompted me to write this review though.

I usually go to Ginza & Sakura/Kyoto but they're quite far and I found N42 was more convenient to get to so I gave it a go. I really liked the establishment it was well presented and run.

Booked Mizuha cause the photos looked amazing, but she was pretty expensive at $300/45 or $350/60 compared to most J girls.

I was collected by Mizuha and she looked ok, not as good as the photos, though so was not smiley at all in person, was taken to the room and I knew pretty quickly this wasn't gonna be a great experience, the vibe felt super bad. She was completely disinterested and not friendly or chatty, told me to shower, undressed and cupped water and just threw it on me and rubbed me a bit.

Go to the bed, and lay down and she starts BBBJ, no kissing no talking just got to work, it was alright technique can't complain there. I thought maybe daty would get her more into the session and she lay down and the whole time was just very bored foam, just lay there didn't move at all or do anything.

Gave up trying to get a reaction and she dommed me up and hopped on for asian cowgirl for a couple mins then said she was tired and lay down, I got on top and she lay there looked away eyes closed the whole time, no kissing, wouldn't even do light kissing. I went in the afternoon so she was only like 4 hours into the shift, I don’t usually see girls near the end of the shift as they’re usually tired by then.

I didn’t speak to management as I haven’t been to this place often, maybe I should have, but she walked me to the exit and saw me out so it would’ve been awkward to go to reception at that point. You don’t pass anywhere near reception going out the front door so it’s not like ginza where the guys are there waiting for your feedback.

I have seen two other girls at N42 and had positive experiences but Mizuha really was such a bad experience it’s made me hesitant to return

As one of her customers, I agree with your reply.
She has many regulars and gets a lot of bookings. Since she has been working at the same place for two years, I don’t think most of those bookings are from new customers. (Though of course, that doesn’t justify treating new customers poorly.)

And yes, sometimes the customer is the problem. What’s written in reviews isn’t always the whole story. (Customers might leave out parts that are inconvenient for them.)

Because of these things, I can understand her pricing, and I can also understand the management’s reasoning behind that decision.
And the part of your post I agree with the most is that she has a set routine, and she dislikes it when customers deviate from it. I always let her take the lead, so she has never been cold towards me.

However, she recently shortened her shifts at No.5. Because of that, I’ve lost some opportunities to see her there, but it might actually be a good thing for maintaining the quality of her service.

Yeah agreed it's on Mizuha for choosing to work that long and frequently, vs Hanna who actively works less to ensure she can stay fresh and give her best service. Even if it means less money. And there is zero YMMV for Hanna, anybody who books is guaranteed to have a good time. Maybe Mizuha was scaled it back, but a few months ago I was checking 42 and No/5 and it seemed like she was on at least 5 days of the week minimum, and consistently too.

Mion I had on my list to check out but then she kinda just disappeared. And all i'm saying is at $350 an hr and Mizuha being working for so long know one would expect more professionalism from both the shop and girl to manage quality and not shafting punters. I dont pay as much attention or keep track like others do but Siena and Gianna dont work as often or as long hrs and are able to maintain their service levels and not charging $350/hr so again VFM. Same with well reviewed Thai girls they consistently give top service.

I think people don't bother complaining because nothing will change. And you won't get any refunds etc if you have taken a shower and received any kind of sexual service, kissing touching getting naked etc. Most punters know that they have more to lose than the girls. That's why. If everyone complained then the girl would be gone. Ginza actually ask for feedback other shops don't. Exactly. Even though I had polar opposite experience with the same girl, it's good to read this so I know not to take the gamble on re-visiting. It's too much money to pay when there's a chance my re-visit might also be like this.
