I have not seen this at any other Shop.

Any punters out there know of any shops that offer this kind of discount?

You have 12 months to get 380 points otherwise it expires. Once you get it to 380 points there is no more expiry date on your points

Nah, they have had this for years. I grab a few cards at mirage reception or waiting area. Visits at platinum 121 are also counted, not sure about mystic93 though.

Would you know the birthday discount as well? I remember it is also a 100 off, but you need a certain number of points to avail.

No. 5 Marrickville gave me a birthday discount (wasn't a huge amount but still better than nothing). Had to show ID (showed in person, not send a picture) for them to confirm though
