Thinking of doing a double rnt just want to know what’s the Etiquette and pricing so say 70 x 2 for 45 min plus the extra so is that just double for say a cbj is it ok just to get one girl to do the cbj or once two are in the room it’s double for all

The girls are services providers. There is no "etiquette" or "standard procedure/pricing'. Negotiate with the girls for what you want; they will tell you whether they agree.

Pricing is basically 2x for the ladies.
Now if you are paying one more than the other for certain acts, that is more of an in room negotiation. In would advise against this as it may irk the one paying less.

If you want something specific try a place you know with a good reception like LSM or the Ada massage parlours.

The ladies want you to tell them what you want them to do because they are providing a service and you need to tell them what services you want. They can then tell you what they are okay with and what they are not okay with.

As a general rule of thumb, the first time is not as good as doing this for a few times. When the ladies know each other and you, then they get into it cause it's less of an effort.

In general ladies like 4 hands massage because it takes less time and effort and there is less waiting.
