You must be one lucky man if a 5/10 is your worst experience. I would rate my worst as a 2 or 3 at Ginza with princess syndrome, but it comes with the territory with trying out new or inexperienced girls. As for being late, once again you must be lucky or new to Ginza if you only had to wait 15 min this one time. The place gets busy depending on what time you go. My mate and I have waited upto 30 min a small handful of times during busier times in the evening. A lot of the times at least 5 to 10 min wait either in the room or at the waiting room. As long as it doesn't cut into my 30-60min booking I personally don't see it as a big deal as I've had WLs cut my sessions short in other low quality shops and privates.

Ive waited over 15minutes plenty of times at ginza. Usually its not their fault, the previous customer could've came 15 minutes later which pushes everyone's booking back another 15minutes. Could be any number of reasons and I dont feel that being 15 minutes late is worth a complaint.
