Locanto ad help.

I have a girl that I help with her Locanto ad. She's old, poor English, struggling to survive and I feel sorry for her.
I place in ad on Locanto with the suburb of Bracken Ridge. The problem is, if you search an adjacent suburb, her ad does not show up. You must search specifically for Bracken Ridge. When I search Locanto for my massages it shows surrounding suburbs.
Talking to Locanto is useless. Any help appreciated.

It seems to be an issue with Locanto. When I search if I use anything more generic than Brisbane, Ipswich, Gold Coast it restricts the search to just that specific location, even if I tick a 10km radius it doesn’t seem to help.

Only exception to this are the paid premium ads.

My only two suggestions would be a paid ad or, select a broader geographic area (if you can)

If you want to help her our give her a go. Not the best, but the price is right. No, I'm not the pimp, and I don't get freebies. Just somehow got involved. A warning to others.

Hokipoki's comment points out the problem. Even searching for her has no response. I find Locanto very non user friendly.

You could submit another ad under "other personal services" (or used to be called something like that). It used to be a category that was more user friendly )and free at one point where the other categories were paid). Doesn't matter if there's two ads for her,

Locanto went to shit when they removed the support services that had been set up in Australia. All done automatically now - from Germany I think.

Best be honest then she will get customers if service good

I only used her services a couple of times and that was several years ago. Better value elsewhere but it is cheap if that is important.
Run from her own home in Bracken Ridge, clean and tidy.
Late 40's would be accurate, but not a bad body.
