I have seen this advertised but never tried. My question is how does it work? Do you get a massage by two girls then pick the one you want for extras or do both girls do the extras?

Both girls will do massage but not necessarily will both do the same extras.
Best to check with the girls before hand and state clearly what u want. Full on extras should be the same price per girl as doing solo so take plenty of cash.

I've had both experiences.
Firstly, the 4H massage is slightly discounted. Eg. 1hr might be $80 for solo, $150 4H.
Extras
I've had one where the more experienced girl talked extras while the other girl left briefly. I opted solo so then when it came time the other girl just left.
Second was for both staying. You'll pay them each. Eg. Both Naked, one gave HJ and BJ while the other sat on my face. I paid $150 to each.
As always YMMV and negotiate with the MLs. Highly recommend if you get the right girls thatbare into it. Enjoy.

I haven't found that yet. My double really just focused on me and didn't interact too much with each other. I think that scenario could be a bit of a fantasy in ML land. I think you'd have to go to WLs and pay way more for that kind of experience. Which I have done but that was overseas for $ reasons.
