Have any of you heard of Low-Intensity Shockwave Therapy (LiSWT) to treat ED and replace the need for Viagra/Cialis types of drugs?

"Low-Intensity Shockwave Therapy (LiSWT) is a non-invasive treatment using sound waves to stimulate tissue repair, primarily known for treating erectile dysfunction (ED) by promoting new blood vessel formation (neovascularization) for better blood flow, but also used for chronic pain/wounds. It involves painless, tapping sensations during sessions, offers no downtime, and works by triggering the body's healing responses, making it an option for vascular ED"

If you've tried it in Australia, where did you go, how much did it cost, how many sessions did you have, and most importantly, did it improve your erections?

There is a place called Sydney Pelvic Clinic which advertises this treatment. It has clinics in Bondi Junction and St Leonards, and the staff all appear to be qualified female physiotherapists. I have never tried the treatment so I cannot vouch for how effective it is, but there might be a certain something in receiving painless tapping sensations applied to one's penis by a reasonably attractive female physiotherapist.

This is what the site says about the treatment for erectile dysfunction, including LiESWT:

I think it is expensive. I've heard but not confirmed that each session is around $250 and a man has to have several done.

It can be of use if you are older and have deterioration in the vascular supply to dick. Ie your capillaries and larger blood vessels have diminished and allow less blood to the tissues. It is not going to help with performance or substance related dysfunction other than a placebo effect.
Save you money and buy a pill.
