Thought I would try somewhere new, unfortunately no reviews of this place so I thought I would save the next punter the trouble and $$$.
Messaged ahead to confirm pricing and recommendations. Mamasan replied $125 for an hour with nhj and recommended Lisa for a strong massage. Agreed and when I turned up was told shop takes $75 and $50 directly to Lisa.
This place is very cramped and poorly maintained.
Toilets at the nearby station are marginally better. Went upstairs and as described Lisa gave a good strong massage, cannot fault her part 1,- one of the best even compared to legit shops although she did rush finishing up and asking for a turn at 30 min. First red flag. I asked for more massage and she complained something about the oil and proceeded to massage with tissues on her arms??? Second red flag. Another 5 or 10 min and flip over to be told part 2 is $80 and not $50. Explained that mamasan said $50 and that is all I brought with me. She very reluctantly agreed as it was clear it was $50 or nothing then complained about how little the shop pays. Third red flag. Just got over the line - barely despite the bad attitude which is a real turn off. Then she did a quick front massage again with tissues.
I left and messaged mammasan to let her know of the pricing discrepancy. She didn’t care and I will not be back.
I would easily recommend MAC, Sydney girl massage or Renwick massage over this place. So many better options.

There are some good girls here but my biggest issue is that the Thai girls are used to charging (and customers paying) $100 for NHJ, $150 for CBJ and $200 FS.

Not a bad shop, I visit regulars every now and then but feel like there are better and more affordable options not too far away.

That's become the standard rate at this shop, some girls it's definitely worth paying like Nadia here as an example, but absolutely not for most of the other girls, especially when you can have the same or better service at other shops not too far away.

I like Renwick for this exact reason. They technically can’t push for extras (part 2+) as it doesn’t happen there. I have been back a couple of times to see T May. Not in the area much but if I am, that’s where I would go

Pay up front and know what you’re going to get. Who on earth pays 70-80 for a NHJ, it’s crazy to me
