Sorry to hear about your experience. I visited Sana a while ago at 22 Rydalmere’s sister shop in Granville - 45 George.

Personally, I thought she was very pretty, polite and friendly.
With intimacy, YMMV.

I treat my first visit as a trial run. If the mutual vibes work out, that’s great.
If not, book someone else the next time around.

I wouldn’t hesitate to see Sana again.

Based on what you described, I can say that's definitely the case.

Sayuri (Sana is her name in 45) worked in Ginza Empire for a couple of days. She’s the wildest mix of the best and worst attitudes I’ve ever encountered.
I booked an hour with her, and her demeanor shifted every ten minutes. By the 40-minute, she became incredibly impatient; she kept checking the clock on the wall and muttering insults in Japanese. Even though she kept a smile plastered on her face, I could feel the hostility. Since I know a bit of Japanese profanity, I just got dressed and walked out. I reported the experience to boy and got voucher.
Later, she is working at No. 45 and No. 22. I’m sure plenty of other "victims" have had similar run-ins. To be fair, Sana’s looks are very attractive—people even queue up just to see her—but that just proves people are only there for the novelty. Her "return rate" is definitely going to be low.
