Not really, anything of note is more toward Maroochydore. There are a few Privates around Noosa, I've only ever tried one and the photos were nothing like the girl. So all I can say is if any private directs you to an apartment at Ivory Palms Resort, save your money.

There are 2 Thai massage shops in Noosa Junction, Sunshine Beach road. Sunrise Thai massage and Sense Thai Massage. Not sure if they do extra. Id like to know. Owner of Sunrise Thai massage is one of the nicest looking Thai girls ever. But she does not do massage.

Looking at their websites they book look legit. There is one just up from the beach in Beach Rd, Coolum that looks a bit dodgy but have never been there (Yet).
