The only advice I can give you Bro forget about this shop. I used to be a regular here but I have given it up since Jan this year.

On the clean part of a shop, if u think 501 is dirty, you may well forget about Chinese massage all together as it is one of the cleanest shop you can find. Just the girls need to be upgraded.

If u think about it, for about $90 there is a better selection & assurance of services at places like 64TP or 533WR or even SF. It's high time David revisited his business model. It used to work for both customer and ML at one stage- value for money for the customer which resulted in more traffic through the door which in turn resulted in ML getting more customers.

Now, if you need a business like that to survive, you need good MLs and nice customers. Good MLs are hard to come by and particularly, if they only get $25 ph and they have to do the HJ for free.

If you go cheap, you attract all sorts of customers. This will put MLs off. This results in a employee turnover. And most of the customers would demand a free HJ.

One suggestion to David. You need to get good MLs and get rid of this free HJ business. You need a training program (1 day would do) for these MLs. Once u have quality MLs, business will come. This forum has so many opinion drivers who can influence the traffic. Show us quality first, money will follow.
