PEDs in longer sessions

I was always under the impression that punters would use 1x dose of kamagra, or the like, prr session regardless of how long. Recently WLs have been insinuating otherwise so im wondering how many you use in sessions that are 2hrs or more

I don't get it bro, pardon me. What are they insinuating? That we don't usually take ED meds, we only take them on longer sessions, shorter sessions? Which is it?
