New Canterbury Road getting spicy?

Thought I would start a thread for the two newly renovated stores in Petersham.

M|G Mens Studio (formally Petersham Massage) - Shop 2/111/115 New Canterbury Rd, Petersham NSW 2049
and
118 New Canterbury Massage (formally Hi U massage)- Shop B/118/120 New Canterbury Rd, Petersham NSW 2049

Have had experiences at both these shops prior to their reworks. At HI U, use to see Sandy who gave a nice HJ, never ventured further with her. Use to see a 20 something year old called Sera at Petersham Massage who did FS.

I am basically wondering whether anyone has had any experiences at either of these places since their rebranding. HI U has gone full sex mode, now advertising BDSM/NURU/Dragon Tendon, whereas Petersham has tried to look more legit, but is obviously still RNT.

Let me know if anyone has any intel on these places before I try them out again for myself.

6months ago I did review of 111-115 New Canterbury Rd under old name, got a good service, but haven’t been in the area lately.

I found 118-120 often closed under old look so haven’t visited yet.
I did see the new services listed online a month back which is much the same as available at 111.

Has anyone tried the grooming services available at MG men’s studio?

I am sometime in the area and I find these four shop appear to cover very different options.
last month I had an appointment in the area so thought I would try out the new look seventh heaven at 118 after seeing they offer some extras online.
Got there about 11:30 after leaving my appointment to find 118 was closed, so before driving off disappointed, I decided to walk over the road to check out MG Studio at 115.

There were two ladies on but only one available as the other had s booking I think.
While I was looking forward to some butt play, I decided to get a hour massage since I had time before going back to work.

I the end I can’t comment on 118 at all because since that visit I do plan to go back to MG 115 again as it has a few in-room options that tickle my interests.

My first impressions,
it is clean with good onsite shower, and like many R&T it can be YMMV which has improve the more they get to know me.

Age is hard, I have only seen experience ladies that can give a good massage and know what to do.

I am not sure how much details to give here,
yet I am looking forward to visiting again when in the area because the few I have met know my interests now.
