I will be the first to admit that i think i may have the same problem as well. I think that i do know how to stop although during my spare time i find myself checking shop rosters etc. so i need to stop with that, check myself and get control of this addiction too

My first advice to you (and me) would be to go find something you used to enjoy to do as kind of a substitute

Try setting a budget. Depending on a number of factors, I’ll allow myself a certain amount to spend and I don’t go over it. There are exceptions but I treat them as such. Good luck

i was going to shops 2-3 a week. sometimes twice a day. fortunately I can afford it but more importantly it was losing the lustre. everything is available easily these days. I'm being more descerning these days developing just two girls into high performers. this reduced frequency means neither of them see me as a regular which I think keeps up their performance.

If you've already had 2 punts for the week and the bank balance is sad then yes you need to stop. I understand how difficult it can be to stop and I've had more than I should given my circumstances but I try to justify it by the fact that I'm quite old now and realistically my punting days are numbered regardless of the financial situation. Generally the best way to stop doing something is distraction i.e. find a substitute activity that will keep you occupied long enough or make it difficult for you to go punting.

I had the same problem, and I stopped punting completely for sometime. Mainly for two reasons. one, yeah expenses are high and cannot afford regular punting. Two, I had to make a foreign trip that landed me in Vietnam for a night in transit. After the experience I had from there, I don't feel like going to shops here, everytime my little head wants to punt, my brain keep comparing it with the experience I had and the financial limitation I have now and the the poor quality here.

Actually I never used any agency, I was just a walk-up and got same price anyway. The massage places in Vietnam are awesome. I always go for VIP services. Don't expect top shelf service is you are cheap. The VIP service level delivered by the better girls and the extra time means you get lots of different services.

District 1 has lots of options. In 'just a few nights' you will have to have one night on beer street. pay the money for a few drinks 'inside' the smaller bars where they close the doors after you. buy the girl a few shots which for me got her to come home plus then pay tip btw. You will read how the girls don't go home with customers. These are business establishments, the girls don't go home with men nursing one drink for two hours! They do go home for money. Other things to do are try a rood top bar. don't expect to score with regular Viet girls drinking in groups but do expect to score with hookers. I was paying VND3M-VND5M. ($180-$300). Traditionally the regular girls will be steering clear of tourist pickups. but who knows, things happen.

If you cant stop cold turkey, try going to parlours for HJ only to cut your expenses in half, only allowing for FS ocassionally. Don't have extra cash on you for the parlour, only a 50 for the hj, or you might not be able control yourself. Especially if shes hot af and sex is on the table, no pun intended.
