New T5 layout.

I recently had my first visit to the new shop and i was pretty disappointed with the odd layout. Why on earth would u have a huge waiting area where your seated with other customers also in full view of everybody going past. This might be alright for a dentist but in this business i think some where a little more discrete surely. This was bad enough but then being ushered into a room the size of a shoe box that was hot and not even able to walk around the table just ruined the whole experience. On the upside the girls are amazing but i prefer the old shop. Pity it didn't go back to it's origins at 932, that was a great layout.

It does have a seperate waiting room, but maybe there is someone else in there when you arrived. I always wondered if they should aim to stagger the appointment times to be on the 1/4 of an hour. That way there is less chance you get 6 dudes coming in all on the hour. They have 6 rooms, and only some of them are small. Room 5 and 6 are grand, decked with a 2-3 seater couch.

Yes and no. You aren’t normally making a booking based on a room. You’re booking a girl. They come into work and shotgun the room they prefer based on who shows up to work first.
