in my humble experience, there are no gems at Campsie, hidden or otherwise.

Yeah, a qualifier to my comment. If you find someone worthwhile it's not use mentioning it as they come and go so quickly there. Not really my stomping ground anymore and the quality of places like 'Up the Ramp' seem to have gone downhill. Still had some good cheap punts there, predominantly Chinese.
