2. Check your WeChat "People Nearby". Look for any name they looks like Viagra.

Just see a different doctor to your home gp. No one cares mate. Doctors will happily write scripts

Cialis and Viagra are both available. Australian website, you might need a VPN for it though and will need to pay by bitcoin but the stuff is good. Or just do what goldfishman said.

I find Viagra to be strong, hard and fast but doesn't last as long. Cialis not as hard, but still strong and last longer like 2 days for me.

I took a punt about 2 months ago on Genericmedsaustralia.com
Thought it wouldn't arrive or there would have been some sort of hassle but it arrived fine without any problem at all. Beat my expectations which were pretty low.

You can do so easily on Kamagraoioioi, tho you do then have to wait the two weeks for delivery.
Just create an order, and when they give you the bank details in the order conformation email (ANZ Bank), go to an ANZ ATM and deposit the cash to the provided BSB and account number...

As I'm guessing your reason for doing it hidden like this is to avoid prying eyes (partner most likely), don't use your home address for delivery.
Instead, set up a free ANZ Parcel Locker address...
