Yes, 48 Velvet Rose is by the same team as the North Shore gem Sunflower. My understanding is the new shop is mainly massage + NHJ, at least when it comes to Sunflower stars (Yumi and Summer). The advertised price includes tips for part 1 + part 2, no part 3.

In terms of the venue itself, the new shop is clean, comfortable and spacious, with excellent shower facilities and pleasant ambiance. Yeah, parking in Potts Point is an issue, but are you aware of the Council Parking in Ward Street ?

Also, if you take public transports, Kingscross station is 5 min, same for 311, 324 and 325.

Haven't tried FS at VR personally, but looking at their roster online, they do seem to have a few new hot girls with the very helpful description "open minded". Hopefully management keeps adding those kind of cues to help customers with their choice. Pricing-wise, I'd be surprised if FS was anything over 200 - probably more than MAC but surely less than, say, Nirvana. Combined with the shop fee of only 90 it's a very attractive offer.

Honestly though, I think the Cross is big enough for all kinds of shops to coexist and for everyone to have a fair go.
